Located in the heart of Historic Coventry Village on Main Street, this charming 2-bedroom apartment offers the ultimate blend of comfort and convenience. You are steps from local favorites like Bidwell Tavern, Woke Breakfast, and Wasabi Steak & Sushi, and a short, pleasant walk to the shores of Coventry Lake (Patriots Park). Whether you are visiting UConn (8 mins), commuting to Hartford (20 mins), or exploring the region, this welcoming retreat is the ideal home base for university events or a relaxing lakeside getaway.

Living & Dining: Relax on the comfortable leather sofa with a 55” Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a round dining table for four—perfect for meals or a laptop-friendly workspace.

Two Cozy Bedrooms: Each features a queen bed with fresh linens provided.

Full Kitchen: Fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and essential spices.

Full Bathroom: Includes a refreshing shower, hairdryer, and back-up toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste/brush kits).

In-Unit Laundry: Private washer and dryer with detergent and supplies provided.

Village Atmosphere: Our central Main Street location puts you in the middle of the action! You may hear the hum of traffic or footsteps from upstairs neighbors. We provide a white noise machine and earplugs for a restful stay.

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully decorated and maintained. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Check-in and out were very easy. The family loved being able to walk to multiple delicious dining options.

Cute apartment, very clean and host was great. Bathroom and kitchen are a little small but worked for us. Conveniently location to Uconn, Coventry Lake, next door to bar & grill (which was great)!. Cute town with antique shops.

An unpleasant odor was immediately noticed upon entering the unit, which we couldn’t get used to and made us feel uncomfortable. Told there is an air purifier in the closet, but couldn't shake the initial uncomfortable feeling. The bathroom floor was a little dirty, and there was a dried, sticky area on the kitchen floor near the bedroom. The unit looks as pictured. A pretty lake nearby with a small beach area. Some hiking trails across the street from the property as well. Enjoyed sushi dinner at Wasabi across the street, then checked into a hotel where we felt much more comfortable for our 2-night stay.

I am sorry that our property did not fully meet your expectations. Our home received professional cleaning and maintenance on the day of your arrival. While our team did not notice any unusual odors, any scent you encountered was likely from the professional cleaning products used, and we apologize if it was not to your liking. We also provide a Dyson air purifier for your convenience. Regarding the kitchen floor, those marks are from recent floor refinishing, not dirt. I regret that we were not given the opportunity to assist you, as I was informed of these concerns only after your departure. My goal is always to provide a wonderful experience, and I am glad to hear that you were able to find a comfortable stay at a hotel.

The listing and photos were very detailed and accurately represented the space, so there were no surprises when we arrived. We were primarily there to sleep and shower while visiting campus, and it worked well for our needs. The location made it easy to get back and forth to campus, and having Bidwell Restaurant right next door was a nice bonus for grabbing a meal. Parking was convenient since it’s located behind the building. The unit was clean, we didn’t hear the neighbors, and it comfortably accommodated three family members for sleeping. We also didn’t need to communicate with the host because everything was straightforward.A few things future guests should know: the steps up to the second floor are quite steep, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. The kitchen and bathroom are small but completely functional. There was a musty smell that persisted throughout our two-day stay. Also, the property is on a major road, so there is continuous street noise.
