•Our private pool and hot tub can be heated upon request (US$40.00 per day, inquire with host) – must be requested at least one day in advance to give the pool and spa time to heat up. Hot tub will not be heated unless pool is heated. Any time you want to use the hot tub the pool must be heated. Pool is recommended to be heated between Oct-May. Pool will be heated to 87 degrees and hot tub to 103 degrees. Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival.

Please read this important information:

After the reservation is confirmed, guests must provide the names of drivers and copies of their driver’s licenses or government ID’s so that we may register the names at the Resort entrance gate.

The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of stay at the home.

Supplies Provided:
All of our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge that includes 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 1 bin bag per bin and 1 laundry tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility, including additional rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

POOL: In order to use the hot tub and/or heated pool, pool heat must be purchased for $40 per night, and it must be purchased for every night of your stay. The hot tub does not heat up without pool heat. In the cooler months, October - April, we recommend pool heat to our guests. Must be purchased at least a day before your arrival to give the hot tub time to heat up.

PARKING
**A maximum of 5 cars are allowed per reservation.**
- Commercial Vehicles, RVS, Trailers, Buses, Golf Carts or Boats are not allowed at Solterra Resort.
- Extra parking spots on the street can be used depending on their availability.
- Please make sure cars are not parked on the grass or blocking the sidewalk. Cars parked in a tow-away zone or parked on property without permission may be towed at the car owner's expense.


Policies:
- We require your full list of guests prior to check-in to avoid late or no check in.
- Swim at your Own Risk
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- NO EVENTS, PARTIES OR GATHERINGS THAT DISTURB NEIGHBORS AT ANY TIME.
- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.
- Stays 4 nights and under have an additional fee.
- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)
- Photo ID required before check-in
- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow street parking. Parking is available on the driveway only or unreserved parking spots in the resort community.
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
- Must leave property in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional cleaning fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets; hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments or coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please place the trash inside a trash bag inside the bin in front of the house daily to keep a clean home.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• Owners are not responsible for missing or misplaced deliveries.
• If you send packages to the home during your stay, they will be left on the doorstep.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.
