The security situation at the resort is abysmal. We had to wait more than an hour to enter the property on a Friday despite having checked in much earlier in the week. Something needs to be done about this. We also had a dead rat in a trap outside in the pool area which was decayed enough that we know it had been there awhile. The response from property management about this was underwhelming and I had to ask twice to have it removed. Some of the bathtubs and showers have drainage problems. Those issues aside, we enjoyed our stay (our second time in this house and the third time at the resort). We would come back if the security issues were resolved.
