The property even includes a plethora of pre-downloaded movies you can watch for free on the streaming account. Or extend your laptop with the 24-inch 1900 x 1280-pixel monitor at the fold-out desk and enjoy high-speed wireless internet for all your devices. Oak Island Beach Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex located along historic Caswell Beach that boasts many amenities such as a centrally located pool and sun deck, convenient walkways over the dunes to the beach, outside showers at each building, ample parking, a recreation area and picnic and grilling areas.

**Please note that the Oak Island Beach Villas is a non-smoking, non-vaping condominium community. Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted on any of the common grounds, inside individual units or on private exterior balcony areas. In addition, the community does NOT allow golf cart, boat, water motor craft, trailer or RV parking (those found in violation of this rule are towed by the HOA at guest's expense). The OIBV pool is open seasonally typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Occasionally, the pool may stay open past Labor Day based on the HOA's recommendations, but OIA cannot guarantee pool availability.**
