With direct beach access via a shared boardwalk, a community pool, and sweeping ocean views from multiple decks, this coastal retreat is designed for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable seaside moments.
The home features three private beachfront decks, each offering a unique vantage point of the sand and surf. The first deck opens from the first-floor family room, the second from the main living area, and the third from the primary bedroom on the top floor—perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply soaking in the sound of the waves.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy family room with a flat-screen Smart TV (cable and streaming available) and direct access to the beachfront deck. This level also includes two inviting bedrooms with ceiling fans, a full bathroom with a standalone shower, and a convenient stackable washer and dryer.
The second floor is the heart of the home, featuring an open-concept living area filled with coastal charm. The living room offers plush seating arranged around a Samsung Smart TV with cable, while the fully equipped kitchen provides all major appliances and essentials for everything from quick beach snacks to full meals—plus a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. Step outside onto the beachfront deck, furnished with outdoor dining and comfortable seating, and enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf. This floor also includes a bedroom with a ceiling fan and a shared bathroom with a standalone shower.
On the third and top floor, two additional bedrooms, one with a private ensuite bathroom. The primary suite is a true retreat, complete with its own deck and a spacious bathroom offering both a soaking tub and a standalone shower.

Parking Rules for Lost Colony
1. No parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 vehicles maximum - including guest parking.
2. No parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area.
3. No disabled vehicles on property outside of a personal garage.
4. There is no parking allowed in the grass/landscaping.
5. No Using another owner's driveway to park.
