El fabuloso, de nueva construcción, 6 dormitorios, 4 baños completos más 2 medios baños, tiene algunas de las mejores vistas de Port Aransas y una piscina privada. La casa ofrece increíbles techos abovedados, pisos de madera, impresionantes vistas y un gran balcón frente al mar. El tercer piso tiene una gran cocina abierta con barra de bar para sentarse, amplia sala de estar y comedor y medio baño. El segundo piso tiene 6 dormitorios y 4 baños completos. El primer y segundo dormitorio tienen una cama king con baño privado. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama King size y el cuarto dormitorio tiene dos camas Queen. Estas dos habitaciones comparten un baño. También hay 2 dormitorios adicionales en este piso, que comparten un baño, cada uno con un conjunto de literas dobles con un nido. El primer piso tiene una sala de lavandería, baño y un garaje para un automóvil para su uso. Esta casa está FRENTE AL MAR, ubicada cerca del paseo marítimo de la comunidad y cerca de la piscina compartida. ¡Ven a visitar License To Chill por unos días o una semana entera!

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and more. Bath and bed linens were plentiful. We had a problem with the elevator- onsite management responded quickly and kept us informed to as they arranged repairs in less than 24 hours. Bedroom views were lovely from all large bedrooms and bunk rooms were well supplied. Four full bathrooms on the sleeping floor were perfect for our group of 9 adults. Upstairs living space and balcony were very comfortable for our little family reunion.

They even had pool and sand toys and sunglasses to use! Would love a cookie sheet, though. The pool was so enjoyable, because of the sitting areas and how big it was (though not deep) in comparison to others we have rented. An outside shower and the huge gathering porch with tables was a plus. We are so happy with our visit in this home with the beautiful view. Thank you for sharing it with us. Only drawback was there were no stairs from the first floor to the second!!

Beautiful home and wonderful outdoor space

We took our 5 adult kids for 6 wonderful nights. The private pool and patio were amazing. It was too windy to enjoy the beach so we used the pool everyday. Because it was windy, the pool had a lot of sand blow in but it didn’t affect us. The kitchen was well stocked but the pots and pans need an upgrade. They were warped and non stick was peeling. Access to the pool area was inconvenient due to no stairs from 2nd to 1st floor (except for front). Kitchen needs better potholders and a church key opener. Linens, blankets and pillows are first rate. Lots of games and movies but we didn’t use. Tons of pool and sand toys to enjoy. Also boogie boards that we did not use.

Sandfest getaway

The property and amenities at the house were amazing and just as depicted in the listing. We loved the oceanfront property and close proximity to beach access. The only tiny improvement we would request is improved wifi in the house, as evening tv streaming was difficult at best. We understand the location constraints, but the surrounding RV resort seemed to not have this issue.Overall the house was a spectacular place to retreat with friends and family for a beach and poolside vacation!

Beautiful house in a great location

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed staying here. It was very spacious, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We picked up sand toys on our way to the house not realizing they had some there already! There were also some pool toys/floaties. The beach bags came in handy, too, when we needed something to haul some snacks on a day trip.Our only wish would’ve been to have enough bath towels for everyone in our group and it would’ve been convenient to have beach/pool towels available, too. Thank you for a wonderful “home away from home”.

Gorgeous property but construction on site

This house is gorgeous and very clean but you won’t get much relaxing in due to the everyday, very loud construction at the house next door. We actually left a day early. If you don’t mind sawing, banging, drilling and heavy construction equipment then you’ll love this property. Construction hours are 6am -7pm

Location right on the beach - we had a golf cart but it’s not needed - just extra fun! Quick drive to many restaurants but we also cooked most of our meals. The kitchen was well appointed, even had a double oven! Very clean house. Property management was very friendly and responsive, we had them out to reset the router (the RV park has wifi but the house wifi was way better!). We also had them out to change batteries in a smoke alarm that started chirping midway through our stay (they replaced batteries in all detectors). The house is located in an RV park but not managed by the same staff, I didn’t know that until we left. The staff at the park are also really great, very friendly.

Best Beach House

The house was beautiful and spacious enough for our 11 guests, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining was large enough for everyone and easy to cook in having everything you needed supplied. The pool was a great retreat space and offered privacy for our guests that was far enough from our neighbors, so we didn’t disturb them either. I loved the short walk to the beach and not having to drive on the beach with plenty of places to rinse off without tracking sand in the house. The best part was the awesome views from the living room. We will definitely stay again.

Beach Luxury

This place had everything. All the amenities, pool, beach access, and 10min from all the restaurants and shops. Our entire party was very impressed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with my in-laws and husbands grandparents. Our rental requirements were an elevator, private pool and view. This house did more than deliver! The grandparents felt comfortable using the elevator on their own and were able to enjoy all the amenities of the house! The view from the third floor was more than you could ask for and the pool was perfect! There was also plenty of privacy since there were separate bathrooms for us all. We will be staying again next summer!

Consistently 5 Star Beach House

This is our 4th time renting this property for a family beach vacation. It is clean and the amenities are super. The private pool is perfect for our family, the elevator certainly makes moving ice chests and luggage easier, and the view is spectacular. The boardwalk to the beach is convenient and large enough for golf carts. All you could ask for in a beach family beach house. We have already reserved it again for next year.

Limitless license to chill

Our stay was excellent! Every year we take our big ole family from Colorado and Texas to Crystal Beach for a weeklong stay. Well, thanks to Beryl our plans were completely wrecked. Since Colorado had already landed in Texas we booked this property-last minute. What an absolute blessing this was. This house was immaculate. It had everything we needed, and more. We will definitely book this one again!
