Clean and comfortable unit. Well equipped, perfect for families like us: grandparents with daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Well located to enjoy the multiple summer attractions on the area.

Hosts were very welcoming and understanding, everything was communicated very clearly. The arrival was very easy and efficient, despite the weather that was getting worse. The house is very warm, clean and had everything a traveler could need.

The refrigerator beeped every twenty minutes 24/7. There was not a pot big enough to boil spaghetti. The dishwasher fell out every time you opened it. The last night in the master bedroom a piece of the wall behind the bed, fell off and hit my mother in the head ar 1:30am. For the it's fine but I won't be staying there again...

We are deeply sorry and distressed to hear about the multiple maintenance issues you experienced during your stay, especially the incident with the wall panel hitting your mother at 1:30 AM. We hope she is doing well, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption and distress this caused your family.Please be assured that we took immediate action the moment we read this report. Our maintenance team has already secured the wall behind the master bed, re-anchored the dishwasher to the cabinetry, and serviced the refrigerator to stop the beeping. We have also added a full set of large pots to the kitchen inventory. This is far below our standards of safety and comfort, and we are reviewing our inspection processes to prevent these issues from ever happening again.
