Cozy Lake House on Lake Weir

Welcome to your next lake house destination! PET FRIENDLY! Venture down the private dock to seating areas over the water, kayak across Lake Weir, or relax in the shade under mature oak trees. There`s no shortage of outdoor space: enjoy the upper deck for lounging, the lower deck for dining or watching the sunset, or the spacious yard for fun and games! Indoors, guests will find a well-stocked kitchen, spacious living room, Pac-Man game table, and cozy spaces for sipping on morning coffee, .

Generous outdoor spaces including an upper deck, a lower deck, spacious front and back yards, a private dock on the lake with open bench seating and covered seating, and an additional deck with a table and chairs under shade. Guests may also enjoy the spacious back yard with the provided corn hole and bocce ball yard games. A propane grill is also available at the property, ideal for grilling in the Florida evenings!

As a complimentary amenity, guests are also welcome to use the two kayaks provided (life jackets are available as well).

This house is a split-level. The primary bedroom and primary bathroom are located on the upper level. The two remaining bedrooms, the second bathroom, the kitchen, and the dining room are on the main level, and the living room is located on the lower level. There are two sets of stairs at the property.

Guests have access to a washer and dryer located inside the house.

The entryway of the house can be used as a dedicated workspace separate from the rest of the house if needed.

Guests have private access to the entire property but should refrain from entering locked doors (owners closets) and areas marked as restricted.

Guests have 24/7 access to the host through the Airbnb app or the host`s emergency phone number.

Cozy Lake House is located in a quiet, rural, lakefront Ocklawaha community. Guests have private access to the entire property, including the dock.

Guests may park their vehicles on the private driveway located at the house.

A maximum of SIX guests and visitors are allowed at the property. The “NO PARTIES” policy is strictly enforced.

PET POLICY: Up to two dogs are permitted. The maximum weight of each dog is twenty-five pounds.

All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel. Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc.
