Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private backyard and pool area. Note: The garage and one first-floor closet are utilized for host storage and are not accessible. To ensure you have a wonderful and safe stay, please keep the following details in mind: Layout: All 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. There is one small step at the entrance to access the home (not fully wheelchair accessible). Pool Safety: The pool features a beautiful stone edge; for your safety, standing, jumping, or running on top of the stone border is strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised by an adult in the backyard at all times. House Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors. Kitchen Amenities: The main refrigerator's freezer section is currently unavailable, but we have provided a large, fully operational chest freezer on-site for all your ice and frozen goods!

Pictures ar very old in the add. Rats in the back yard. Scheduled for 14 guests and only 8 were able to stay due to air conditioner being blocked to stop at 74 degrees in hot upstairs bedrooms.Half the fans would not work either.Freezer not working, ice maker and water dispenser not working. Pile of dscarded carpet from recent renovations in front yard. Huge hole under kitchen sink, Property says towels, soap and shampoo on site, and even though I had to pay more for planning for 14 people to stay the weekend, 3 total rolls of toilet paper (for 3 bathrooms), 4 towels and 2 hand soap dispensers are all that was there. Luckily walmart is close - had to go buy everything for the stay and lots of ice.Think Twice before renting based in picsWhen I complained to owner, he said that 78 is standard for air and he could bring towels but never did.
