In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and sponge for the kitchen. * If you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.
The house comes with a Shipyard gate passes for one (1) vehicle and One Beach Parking pass provided (April 15th-September 15th) per reservation. The Beach Club and Beach are minutes from the house. The Beach Parking pass provides for one parking space at one of the Beach Club parking areas and a free trolley to take you to the beach. Two additional passes may be purchased in advance if needed. Please note additional passes are $35.00 each.
