¡Bienvenido a Shorewood 424! Esta hermosa villa de tres dormitorios y tres baños puede alojar a un grupo de hasta ocho personas en total. Se encuentra en el complejo Shorewood, ¡una ubicación privilegiada para caminar a muchas tiendas y restaurantes!

Shorewood 424 ofrece múltiples balcones con maravillosas vistas a la piscina y al océano. Esta villa se encuentra en el segundo piso sin ascensor. Cuando ingresa al condominio, lo reciben con una sensación de concepto abierto. La sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina están abiertos entre sí. Este condominio también está equipado con internet inalámbrico y cuenta con una lavadora / secadora.

La cocina actualizada está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de cuarzo. El área de comedor tiene capacidad para ocho personas en total. El salón ofrece muchos asientos, un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso directo a un balcón con vistas a la piscina y al océano.

Excellent place to stay!

We had a great time here. Plenty of space for us and we utilized the deck daily! Nice, bright and spacious. Would definitely stay here and again and would recommend to others!!

Lovely spring break

Lovely community within walking distance into town for restaurants and shops. Direct beach and pool access. The unit was clean and well cared for. Would have liked beach chairs to be provided, but they can be rented or bought. Note it’s close to the pool and guests are out there making noise until sometimes 3am, so just keep that in mind for light sleepers. It looked like mostly families staying in the complex- great, friendly crowd. Pool was well tended.

The property is in a very nice location, very large and a great kitchen. The living room furniture needs to be patio furniture need to be updated (torn and rusted). The complex pool is excellent. You can walk to shopping and dining.

Has a wonderful view of the pool and ocean beyond. The upstairs terrace is a special treat and the best view. Like how it has two floors to give some privacy/quiet between parents and kids. The pool is wonderful and easy access to the ocean front. Its near Coligny (public beach, shopping, dinning etc.) so that is fun for the family to explore. I would check first to see what things they have for your beach experience - we did buy and leave beach chairs there.

Perfection

The very first thing to mention is ample parking. On those few occasions that we left the condo, we never feared having to drive endlessly around looking for a space. The other good news is that there are very few reasons for leaving your condo since so many restaurants and shops are located within walking distance. The condo itself is spacious, clean and perfectly located. A short walk to a wonderful beach and an even shorter walk to a well maintained pool. The pool is cleaned several times a week including pressure washing the chairs. There are plenty of chairs and tables to sit and relax around the pool. The condo is well appointed with cooking utensils and appliances all in an updated kitchen. The two decks both offer views of the ocean and one is large enough for a family of 7 to sit and enjoy dinner alfresco. Finally the beds were comfortable and all bathrooms had ample water pressure and enough hot water for three showers being used at one time. A great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented unit 424 at Shorewood for the last week of August. The location of the complex is very conducive to any family staying in Hilton Head, due to its close proximity to Coligny, the beach and Sea Pines. While the first floor was very well-arranged and updated, the second floor left a lot to be desired. The beds in the 2nd floor bedroom were incredibly worn and squeaked any time you moved. The HVAC could stand to be adjusted, as their was no air flow to this portion of the condo and the room could be 80 degrees at the worst points of the day. This was also one of the few units we have stayed at that was still using a key, rather than a code, for security purposes.

Very good but could be even better.

This place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is outstanding, being on the beach and right next to Coligny restaurants and shops. Check in and check out were a breeze. My only complaints are that in this price range I’d have expected a few basic kitchen staples (salt, pepper, olive oil) and some decent pans and knives. The knives were SO DULL! And really flimsy. And there were no decent sized pans, though the place sleeps 6. Last but not least, there were no throw blankets. The family room furniture was comfy but we really missed having some throws to cozy up with and actually resorted to using an extra bed sheet! I admit these complaints are small things and if you don’t cook then they are even smaller. Bottom line, I recommend this lovely condo and suggest you bring a couple of blankets and a chef’s knife!

Nice property, but........

The property failed to live up to expectations for two reasons: 1. The glass door in the second floor Master BR was broken. About 6" of cardboard from the base of the door to the ceiling was installed to cover the gap between the door and door frame. A dehumidifier (?) was installed to keep the room dry, but a great deal of untempered outside air found its way into the room making it possible to keep it cool and comfortable. A better short term fix should have been implemented. Additionally, we should have been advised of this in advance. 2. All of the window and door treatments need to be replaced and updated. None of them work well, some not at all. It made in and out access to the balconies a pain. They also could not be fully opened during the day or fully closed at night.

Reviewer Comments: We've enjoyed being repeat guests in 424 Shorewood for over 25 years, and for good reasons: the Shorewood complex has a beautiful beachfront location and a fantastic pool; is convenient to Coligny's food, shopping, and entertainment (you don't have to jump in your car unless you want to); and is attentively managed and maintained. This condo unit is perfectly located with serene deck views of the pool, common grounds, and the ocean. The rental agents, Coastal Home and Villa, made the rental process easy and provided a touch-free arrival...other than an arrival day text/email that the unit was ready for early occupancy. It had been 2 years since our last visit...and we were impressed with the owners' investments in guest experience - keyless entry, well-stocked kitchen, upgraded bath and dressing spaces, new washer/dryer, top-shelf tv's, and the smaller comforts like beach towels. Can't wait to return!

The townhouse was spacious for the adults and kids. The kids enjoyed the double beds and getting in some fun cousin time! The views of the ocean and the morning coffees on the deck were just the perfect way to start each day. The location and proximity to all the activities made it so convenient to either hop on our bikes or go for a walk. Everything was so clean and pristine in this townhouse and the soaps and towels made it feel like an inviting hotel stay. The pool and beach access was immaculate and vegetation was lush and tranquil. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will cherish the memories always.

Great unit

The management company was extremely responsive to my inquiries regarding the washing machine and other questions regarding our stay. This was our 2nd stay at Shorewood, and this unit met our needs. Great location for families with close proximity to everything Coligney has to offer. Some minor wear and tear, which can be expected with a rental that is used week over week. Would def stay at this unit again, and would rent from this company again as well

Great, will be returning!!!

The complex was absolutely immaculate. The grounds are meticulously kept in daily they are making sure it is clean for everyone. Loved the townhouse the two-story concept was great we had three different groups within our family and it worked out fantastic. Balconies overlook the pool and the ocean, couldn't have asked for a better place. Best of both worlds!

Amazing villa

Great location, view was amazing. Place was well stocked for cooking items, updated appliances. Beds were comfy, shower was great. The pool and hot tub in the complex are the best. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this complex for this reason. Only wishes were a better toaster (which they said they would get right away), some basic cooking supplies like Pam, salt/pepper, seasoning, a grill (which is not available anywhere on the complex- bring a George foreman). Kids loved the double room with the cable- they could retreat each day and chill out, fast WiFi.

Great property close to the beach

Property was very clean and very spacious for our family of five. The kitchen however needs more plates as we had to wash plates all the time for our family of five. Overall it was a wonderful property close to everything

Great location to walk to Coligny everything & Celebration Park (cool new playground). Check - in & out was good. Pool area lovely. Nice appliances. Interior of condo was less desirable. Furnace return was caked with dust & missing filter(they came & cleaned it & put in a filter) . Walls dirty, wall paper peeling. Our bed was not changed but made up as tho it was. The manager was responsive & returned our cleaning fee. Master bath on 1st floor very nice but again walls had dirt marks & yuck on them. Living Room Furniture was disgusting. It was so uncomfortable & sagging-no one sat on it- love seat was not quite as bad. Outside of a couple gross hurdles it was tolerable & we enjoyed our kids and Gkids.

Best unit I’ve stayed in so far!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and well decorated as well as mostly updated. Beautiful view and close access to the pool and beach. It was spacious for my 8 guests. The drawbacks were that it was a little light on dishes, the two double beds were creaky, there were a few bugs in the unit, and the couches in the living area need to be replaced. Even so, for the location and overall satisfaction, I would definitely stay here again.
