The Space:

The main level boasts expansive wood-beamed ceilings, light hardwood floors, and an abundance of natural light streaming through large windows. The design combines rustic charm with modern elegance, featuring a plush velvet sectional in front of the wood-burning fireplace and sleek, mid-century-inspired dining chairs around a stunning live-edge table. A second dining area, complete with leather club chairs, invites you to share stories and wine late into the night.



The large, spacious kitchen is fully equipped to cook for the whole group with stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and plenty of counter space. Thoughtful touches, like stained-glass accents in the cabinets and windows, add a unique charm. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find a large private sauna and the first of four inviting bedrooms.



Upstairs, three more bedrooms await, including a luxurious main suite with an incredible view of Jay Peak. Cozy up in front of the stone gas fireplace, unwind in the velvet lounge chair in the privacy of your room, watch a movie on the SmartTV, or enjoy the en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and spacious walk-in shower. Across the hall you'll find two more bedrooms one with a King bed and SmartTV and the other with a Queen bed and cozy reading nook. Each sharing a spacious guest bath with glass walk in shower and separate tub. The second level also offers a second living area with a massive sectional, gas wood stove, pool table, board games, and a SmartTV for complete entertainment. A whimsical loft space with a play area and additional sleeping quarters makes this floor perfect for families.



Step outside to enjoy stunning sunsets over Jay Peak from the expansive deck or relax in the private hot tub. In the warmer months, gather around the dining table for a meal with a view or enjoy some laughs around the firepit by the babbling stream. Right off the property is the Jay Community Trail system, offering trails for hiking, mountain biking, and, in winter, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

Getting Around:

You'll definitely want a car and during the winter months be sure to have snow tires or chains if traveling during a snow storm. Both sides of the road up to the property have a hill.



Vermont in general has a large percentage of dirt roads and dirt driveways. While we do our best to ensure that the roads and driveways are clear and passable, we cannot guarantee easy access to each property without a proper vehicle that has either AWD or 4WD and is equipped with proper snow tires. Please plan transportation according to the season.
