Pool & Spa Information

Heating:
- Pool & Spa: $55/night
- Hot Tub Only: $15/night
- Request at least 48 hours before check-in

Hot Tub (Spa Mode):
Runs on-demand (not always on).
Turn on using the control panel and switch back to Regular Mode when finished.

- Up to 101°F
- Heats in approximately 15–60 minutes depending on starting water temperature

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful Chandler neighborhood.
Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Smoking or Illegal Substances
Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $700 additional deep cleaning fee.

Maintenance & Trash Collection
The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once a week (currently on Thursdays), and landscaping is maintained as needed
Trash bins are moved on Mondays and Wednesdays
