The kitchen counter seats four and the fining table seats eight. Downstairs features a beautiful Batchelder-inspired fireplace and a 55' TV/DVD. All three upstairs bedrooms have balconies with peak views of the ocean. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size murphy bed with a TV/DVD. The master bedroom has a 32' TV/DVD and views of the treetops from the spacious windows. Walk just one block to the Coronado Beach entrance-boogie boards, sand chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, ice chest and wagon provided. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water and fully fenced back yard. Cleaning before, after and one during stay included. Five off-street parking spots, one block from the beach, spacious outdoor living AND located in one of the most coveted neighborhoods on the island-the yards are beautifully landscaped and the homes are on the large lots. Optional off-street parking for an RV or boat.
