The Space:
Inside, the open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. The living room features a cozy fireplace, stylish sofas, and abundant natural light streaming in through numerous windows. A flatscreen TV provides entertainment, while French doors open directly onto the expansive outdoor deck. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for three. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, French doors that open onto the deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a sleek shower. Bedroom two offers a queen bed and a flatscreen TV, while bedroom three has a full-sized bed and a dedicated workspace for any remote work needs. The second full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day exploring the coast. • Please note there is no air conditioning in the house.
• Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
• Events/parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
