Walk 3/4 mile to Weaverville Main Street for breweries, dining, and a local bakery, or head 15 minutes to Downtown Asheville. Lake Louise Park is also within walking distance. Enjoy modern comforts, spacious living areas, outdoor space to unwind, and everything you need to make fresh waffles at home.

The entire upstairs of the home - approximately 1300 sq ft.
Downstairs is a separate, rentable unit.
Parking Instructions:
No street parking. Upstairs guests are limited to three (3) vehicles, which must be parked just off the street in the upper gravel parking area in front of the house. The driveway is reserved for downstairs guests.
This was a family home and we have lovingly updated it for guests to enjoy. Modern touches throughout yet warm, welcoming touches.
There may be other guests in the downstairs unit at some point during your stay. Areas are completely separate.
No smoking, no candles please.
