Your perfect vacation starts here at this cozy, family friendly home near Lake Michigan, just two blocks from the Stearns Park public beach access! This home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your Ludington vacation. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, private deck, patio furniture, and a bicycle rack.

Feel like spending time indoors? This home features everything you need for relaxing with friends or family. Features include a Smart TV for streaming, wireless internet, and a window air conditioner. Kitchen is fully equipped. Sleeping arrangements include one full bed in the main bedroom, a bunk bed with a full bed on the lower bunk and a single bed on the top, and one hide-a-bed.

This home is located in the center of Ludington and the S.S. Badger car ferry. Ludington is a great place to get out and enjoy some fine dining, breweries, and many other family friendly activities and events such as movie theaters, Sandcastles Children's museum, and much more! Stearn's Park, a Lake Michigan public beach access, is just a 5 minute walk!

Cute house fit all our needs

All positives to say about this house and location! It’s located in a nice, well maintained neighborhood. The house was very clean and cozy. We had four adults and we were comfortable. Would stay here again! Loved the ease of walking to the beach!

Girls trip fun

Cute little house in a great location. Close to the beach and downtown Ludington. One bathroom was a challenge with 5 women, but we made it work! Overall great stay.

Tiny House...Big Charm!

The house is in great condition and is in a wonderful location. It is charming and has everything you need, just in a fairly small space. The access to the spacious backyard is a huge plus. We loved that it was an easy walk to downtown and the beach.

Absolutely Perfect

We were visiting family in Ludington and needed a place to accommodate our family of 4. This place fit our needs perfectly. Great location. Wonderful outside space with deck and fire pit. Very clean and comfortable. We will book again!

Cute house in a GREAT Location

We had a great time in this house for a long weekend. The location couldn't be better! We had a short walk to the beach in one direction, to downtown in another, and to some of the best pickleball courts we've ever seen in a third direction. As you can tell from the pictures, the house is on the small side, but since we only really used it as a place to sleep or maybe escape the sun for a bit, it worked out great for us. The beds were nice. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! We had everything we needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this recently updated property to be well appointed, cozy and comfortable for four guests. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. We did find it a little awkward for the guest sleeping in the living room as access to the only bathroom is through the bedrooms. Other than that, we were happy there!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the cute cottage with our two kids. While space was not abundant, we had everything we needed and it was very clean and close to the beach and walking to shops, restaurants, etc. The beds were not the most comfortable and I could have used a small hair dryer, but otherwise things were great. We used the firepit with the neighboring house renters for s'mores 2 nights we were there - the free firewood and fire pits were a nice touch. Very good location and clean cottage. It's not a luxury place, but it's quaint and clean with great location.

You will drive to the heart of Ludington most of the time. The only amenity it does not have is a washer and dryer. This was the third year in a row we rented this home. We check other places out each year and this one seems to be the best every year.

Great little cottage

Stayed at the property with a life long friend. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the doe and 2 fawns that wandered thru the neighborhood, and being able to walk to the beach and town. The small deck in front was great for morning coffee and we used the deck most afternoons and evenings (unless we walked into town for dinner and ice cream). I drove to Baldwin for some fly fishing and another fishing trip on Lake Michigan. The cottage is as listed, contacted the Property Manager once for an issue and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
