Not permitted: Indoor fires, pets, or unregistered guests.
No smoking indoors; an ashtray is provided on the deck.
Outdoor wood fires are allowed in designated pits/chiminea.
Cameras monitor only the driveway and entryway (no interior cameras).
Check-in and check-out instructions are provided after booking.

Mountain Access and Winter Travel

Mountain roads are maintained year-round, but AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during winter for the best experience.

Hot Tub and Property Policies

You can use the hot tub at your own risk. By booking Big Green, you and your guests agree (1) to assume all risks of hot-tub use, including injury/illness; (2) to release and hold harmless the owner and manager from any claims or damages arising from use or misuse; and (3) to indemnify the owner for any damage to the tub or property caused by your party. Follow hot tub rules: no glass; no pets; no oils/soaps; no food; no drugs; no excessive alcohol; shower before/after; max water temp ≤104°F/40°C; limit sessions; children must be directly supervised and no young children in the tub; people who are pregnant, have heart, skin, or other medical conditions should not use the hot tub. Report any issue immediately and do not use if the water looks cloudy or the cover is off when you arrive. Do not use it if the water appears cloudy, and report it to your host right away.
Damage or excessive cleaning may result in additional fees.
