The apartment is located in a quiet part of Kaštel Sućurac without noises of cars, motors, trucks etc. We offer our guests comfort and enjoyment during their stay.
International airport Split is only 9 km from us,and we are just between Split,Solin, Klis and Trogir ,four towns with UNESCO cultural monuments. Towns are distanced about 10 km from us.

We have a large terrace with amazing view especially in the sunset time. The apartment has its own free parking place and common grill. We look forward to your arrival!

Great accommodation

A big clean new and bright apartment with everything we needed. Mario is an excellent host that was there to answer any questions we had. Incredible view, quiet, but close to highway for great access. Large supermarket was close by with everything we needed. Thanks Mario!

Beautiful apartment, just as pictured. Very spacious for our family of four. Great location, close to local restaurants and grocery stores and a great starting point for day trips in the area. Mario was a great host. He answered our questions quickly and was available if we needed anything. We also appreciated the welcome treats. We would definitely stay here again.

Super Wohnung mit perfekter Lage!

Zuerst einmal möchten wir uns bei Mario bedanken, der zu jeder Zeit für alle Fragen erreichbar war! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und dennoch ist die Schnellstraße Split - Trogir innerhalb von einer Minute zu erreichen. Da sich die Immobilie in einer Hanglage befindet, hört man aber von der Straße nichts! Vom Balkon aus gibt es einen unverbauten Blick auf die Adria, Split, Trogir und auf die Insel Čiovo. Jeden Abend gibt es zudem die Chance den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten. Einen Parkplatz gibt es auf dem Grundstück. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht. Zwei Klimaanlagen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine. Für uns waren drei Schlafzimmer wichtig und alle Zimmer waren bestens vorbereitet! Alle Räume sind sauber und im gepflegten Zustand. Die Möbel sind modern! Ringsherum erwartet einen schöne Strände. Mario hatte gute Empfehlungen, was die Auswahl an Restaurants angingen. In Split ist man innerhalb von 15 Minuten und die Altstadt lässt sich wirklich sehen. Wer mit der kreativen Art und Weise des kroatischen Straßenverkehrs zurecht kommt, dem empfehlen wir einen Tagesausflug zum Goldenen Horn. Dazu nutzt man die Fähre. Und wer es kulinarisch besonders mag, der sollte mal zum Restaurant Lučicia fahren, nach Split. Von hier aus kann man übrigens auf das hier beschriebene Haus blicken und auf die Bergkette, worauf es steht. Wir fanden es super! Vielen Dank für alles 😊

Des vacances parfaites !

Nous avons été acceuillit par Mario et sa femme, ils nous ont très bien reçu, nous nous sommes sentie comme chez nous. Ils sont restés très disponibles et pleins de bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. L'appartement est conforme aux photos, très beau et très bien entretenu avec une vue magnifique ! Il est aussi très bien situé, je pense que c'est le meilleur endroit pour être au plus proche des plus beaux lieux de Croatie, qui est un pays extraordinaire. Merci encore à Mario et sa femme. Nous recommandons ce logement à 200% ! :-)

Fantastisk udsigt til by, bjerge og hav fra altanl

En dejlig velindrettet lejlighed indrettet i skandinavisk stil. Ligger i et stille område Udlejeren bor i huset. Han er meget i imødekommende og hjælpsom omkring forslag til seværdigheder og alt hvad man kan have brug for som turist i et "nyt" land. Det ville være dejligt med bedre mulighed for at lave skygge på altanen.😉

Traumurlaub in Kroatien

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Kroatien. 14 Tage durften wir dieses schöne Appartement mit dem grandiosen Ausblick über die Bucht Split/Kastela/Trogir genießen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit, haben uns viele Tips zur Umgebung gegeben. Sogar Karten für das Europa League Qualifikationsspiel von Hajduk Split haben Sie uns besorgt. Nochmal herzlichen Dank dafür! Das Appartement ist schön hell und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren nur zu dritt dort. Es ist aber auch groß genug für 6 Personen ( 3 Schlafzimmer ). Wenn es uns mal wieder nach Split zieht, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de Mario et de sa sympathique famille. Des petites gourmandises nous attendaient à l'arrivée. Un très bel appartement neuf doté de tout le confort souhaité ainsi qu'une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Split. Nous en garderons un excellent souvenir.

Spotless with great hosts!

This place is absolutely perfect in every way for a family. Mario and his family are wonderful. The house immaculate and beautiful furnished and decorated. Out of the 30+ places we’ve stayed with all of our travels this has been our favorite.
