The Crystal Peach is a beautiful 3rd row, 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps 10 and is located in the family friendly Sand Castle subdivision. You will love the tranquil relaxed open concept living, dining and kitchen area that has been beautifully decorated with stylish coastal décor and tons of natural light from the wall of windows making this the perfect beach retreat. This home features a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets and an extra-large island perfect for entertaining friends and family. Dine indoors or head out to the deck to dine al fresco with a beach view. Be sure to take advantage of the shaded downstairs area great for entertaining or relaxing, it is equipped with a bar area, BBQ grill, Picnic table and outside shower. When you are ready for some beach time, it's a short walk or golf cart ride away via the private neighborhood walkover. This home has amazing beach views. Sit outside in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. PET FRIENDLY W/ $100.00 non-refundable pet fee. Linens provided for an additional fee.

About RE/MAX on the Water - Bolivar

The owners currently live in Spring, TX. They graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 and have 2 children. The wife grew up in Sour Lake, TX outside of Beaumont, TX and Crystal Beach was her 2nd home away from home as a child. Her family still lives and works in this area and has many lifelong memories here.

Growing up on the gulf coast, we have so many great memories renting a house & spending time here every summer with our family and friends. Crystal Beach and the Bolivar Peninsula are a unique part of the Texas Gulf Coast and my personal favorite! My parents now own a house in Crystal Beach and I always wanted to have a beach house of my own as well. That dream has come true and we would like to share it with you!

The House and location was very nice

We enjoyed the house, but would have liked to have been informed of what necessities were needed while staying. We were not informed that we needed to bring our own linens(sheets and pillowcases for all size beds!) in addition to towels and wash clothes. Small items as well such as dish towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, coffee filters. Some of those amenities would have been nice or at least been informed of so we didn’t have to make multiple trips to the store. We were told we should have been given a welcome letter but that was never issued. Also if was very unclear on how to even access the house. I had to call the office myself to learn we had to go by an office pick up the keys. Overall we really did like the house and location, but better communication in regards of what items are/aren’t supplied would have been helpful. Beautiful house! We did have a great time!

Crabbing, fishing, local shrimp & fresh seafood available at local restaurants, golf cart rentals available, small water slide park nearby & Galveston, TX is a ride across the ferry.
