Absolutely perfect vacation home

I'll keep it short, although I could write a lot of good things. This beautiful, large and authentic house is very tastefully decorated and gave us a perfect vacation. The outdoor area is also fantastic and invites you to stay and relax. Very nice and helpful owners. Thank you very much for letting us stay there.

Beautiful House with everything you need

We loved our stay in this house. Very friendly and uncomplicated owner. Everything was in very good condition, kitchen is well equipped, the rooms are furnished well with love to the detail (painting, lamps). There are three rooms on the main floor (one with a single bed, one with two single beds, and one with double bed) and one very big room in the lower floor with a double bed. The room in the lower floor has its own terrace and ensuite bath room. There are also plenty of outside furnitures and a BBQ available. The pool is super, in particular you can watch the fantastic sunset in it. The finca is on a larger property on which there are two other houses in sufficient distance, one is also a rental property and in the other one the owner's partens live. Free Wifi is available as well, but only outside the building ... which is totally fine. Rate included towles, bed sheets and final cleaning. There were two bikes available ... I can recommend this property a lot ...

Gepflegte Anlage, sehr netter Vermieter, es sollte aber die Beschreibung mal ergänzt werden, aktuellere Fotos wären auch nicht schlecht. Es sind 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder eins oben, eins unten, genaue Beschreibung, dass nur im Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage ist und im unteren Schlafzimmer. Leider, wie so oft auf Fincas die sehr außerhalb liegen, ist das Problem mit den Ameisen, man kann hier nichts liegen lassen, nicht mal noch in extra Tüten verpackt. Wir haben alles in den Kühlschrank gelegt. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Finca. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt angenehm ruhig, sodass man den Pool ungestört genießen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge oder bei kleinen Fragen zur Stelle. Traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Finca!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum super! Mit einem Mietwagen ist die Lage sehr zentral. Wir konnten sehr gut entspannen und einige Ausflüge machen. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und die Kommunikation lief problemlos und professionell :).

Wunderbare ruhige Finca mit sehr nettem Vermieter

Wir waren zu sechst dort (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) und fanden das gesamte Anwesen super ausgestattet. Es gab genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten, alles war sauber, sogar die Küche war exzellent ausgestattet. Selbst im Pool konnte man noch schön baden (auch wenn das Wasser Ende Oktober natürlich nur etwas für Hartgesottene wie meine Kinder war). Zu den nahe gelegenen Stränden kommt man mit dem Auto in weniger als einer halben Stunde. Ansonsten ist das Anwesen etwas außerhalb Manacors gelegen, aber dafür auch sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Location au top !

Propriétaire sympa et disponible en cas de besoin. La maison est très au calme, un bonheur pour le repos. Maison confortable et très propre. Piscine à débordement avec vue dégagée sur le coucher du soleil en fin de journée. La grande table sous l’avancée est une incitation à prendre son temps aux moments des repas. La ferme se situe à environ 20 min des “Cala”, les criques magnifiques de la côte est de l’île. A noter l’épicerie à Son Macia est très serviable et moins chère que le supermarché de Manacor. Bref nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location de vacances en famille 2 adultes et 3 enfants

Tolle Finca mit tollem Vermieter

Die Finca liegt ca. 3 km von Manacor, inmitten des ursprünglichen und sympathischen Mallorcas. Es fehlt an gar nichts, picobello sauber, der Pool ist selbst im Oktober noch angenehm warm. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Very relaxing and private

We booked this location with a view to really switching off; relaxing by and in the pool and doing very little. This was exactly what we got. There is nothing within easy walking distance so a car is essential but that is what we wanted. It’s in a great location to explore the island. The host Jaume is very helpful and communication was very easy via WhatsApp if needed. He was around early in the day a couple of times a week to clean the pool but otherwise we didn’t see him. I’m not sure this is a good place for a family with young children. Overall a great stay, a great host and a great location.

Ein tollese Haus in einer sehr guten Lage!!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Jaume. La maison est très propre, très bien entretenue, avec goût et très bien équipée. Cuisine moderne et fonctionnelle, belles salles de bains et très belle chambre parentale. Les 3 autres chambres sont très correctes aussi, pour nos enfants c’était parfait. Jardin et vue très agréable, belle piscine. Très bonne communication avec Jaume, il faut tout pour nos vacances se passent parfaitement.

Très belle maison, au calme en pleine campagne.

La tranquillité des lieux, le chant des oiseaux, le hennissent des ânes, le tintement des cloches des moutons. La campagne. Les couchers de soleil sont à tomber. La maison est parfaite pour y séjourner en famille ou petit groupe, bien équipée, lits confortables, de quoi cuisiner. Très bel accueil. À recommander.

War alles wie beschrieben , nur leider hatte die versprochene Tischtennisplatte gefehlt. Es wäre einfach gut, wenn so einfache Dinge wie Salz Pfeffer oder etwas Zucker vor Ort wären. So ganz einfache Dinge die eigentlich nichts kosten würden.

Tolle Lage, wundervolle Aussicht, schöne Finca

Das Haus ist super schön gelegen und bietet sehr viel Platz. Vor allem der Außenbereich, mit Pool. Wir konnten jeden Abend einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang genießen und dazu die Grillen zirpen und Vögel zwitschern hören. Jaume und seine Tochter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Alle 2-3 Tage kam Jaume ganz unauffällig und hat den Pool gereinigt. Das Haus ist mit allem Geschirr und allen anderen Utensilien wie Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffefiltermaschine, Dolce Gusto Krups Maschine, Toaster etc ausgestattet. Bestecke und Geschirr sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir hatten es in anderen Ferienhäusern, dass mal Salz oder Alufolie da war. Hier gibt es tatsächlich nichts dergleichen. Was keine Kritik sein soll oder negativ gemeint ist, sondern als lieber Hinweis für Reisende, die nach uns kommen. Entweder dort kaufen oder Salz, Pfeffer, Backpapier etc von zu Hause mitbringen:) Die Steine im Außenbereich sind "leider" nicht mehr so schön weiß, wie auf den Bildern, der Grill ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und das WLAN ist immer mal wieder nicht verfügbar gewesen bzw funktionierte nur sehr langsam. All das sind nur Erwähnungen. Wir hatten wirklich wundervolle Tage in Jaumes Finca. Evtl. als Verbesserung könnte man Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und Türen anbringen. Man lüftet ja doch mal oder schläft bei offenem Fenster, ansonsten war alles super sauber und der Duft des Lavendels und Flieders lag zu jederzeit in der Luft. Einfach herrlich und man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Danke Jaume, für die tollen, erholsamen Tage.
