We are from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We have been coming to Sebastian for 30 years. We would bring our two girls every year, rent a house and go to the Sebastian Inlet State Park to fish amd explore! We love Wabasso beach and taking a boat or kayaks in the Indian River. We bought our first house in Sebastian five years ago & the family enjoys it year round as a vacation retreat. We bought this one to make it a short term rental, we plan on running this rental business in our retirement.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is perfect for families. We have the park next door for the kids. There are 2 other parks with lakes within a 5 minute drive that we love to walk or ride bikes in. The Indian River riverfront or Wabasso beach is a 10 minute drive. It is a quiet spot with everything we love right there.
What makes this property unique
This property has a beautiful outdoor screened in heated pool and is cute & cozy. It is simple & easy to care for with brand new furnishings and linens. The decor is bright & cheery, The color scheme is beautiful and beachy.
