Excellent property in a beautiful and family oriented safe neighborhood. My family really enjoyed a sunny warm mid- winter getaway and this place was central to a fun family getaway. There’s a really good ice cream place just a few miles away (Paradise), and lots of food and shopping options. The pool is a good size and well equipped, and we spent all our meals outside. Highly recommended!

The host was very welcoming, and the house was spotless. There were five of us, four adults and a child, but it could’ve easily included more. We enjoyed playing the games that were there. The host always got right back to me when I had a question.There was a problem with the heating of the pool, but the host got right on it and it was fixed. My grandson loved the pool as did the adults. Very safe neighborhood. Less than a mile from the grocery store. Very close to Wabasso Beach and State Parks. Since this was a family vacation and we were mainly there to visit my father & the kitchen was great to cook in and my son enjoyed using the nice grill outside. In addition, there are many great restaurants nearby.

The spacious home was a great escape for the girls in our family to get together. The pool was beautiful and greatly appreciated. Especially appreciated the beach towels folded, and ready for the seven of us!Everything we needed was a short drive away.Would happily stay here again

Very clean, layout of home is perfect and comfy. Lots of space to hangout inside and outside. Pool area is awesome. Location is great. Close to everything but also quiet and private. Enjoyed our stay very much.

No answers to texts. Just someone who said “I’ll check into it” but never got back to you

The pool was filthy. The screens were all torn around the pool area. They need to be repaired. The coffee filter had mold on it. So you had to go out every morning and get coffee. I asked if I bought a new coffee machine would I get reimbursed. No real reply except “ I’ll check into it” and no one every answered.

Paradise even if it wasn’t clear.

Our mixed family of three adults and three children loved this home for a week. It was amazingly laid out and decorated. Everything was clean and crisp. Nothing out of place. Could easily see this being a great place to raise a family. That being said, that may be the only issue with this property. You are the stranger in a strange land, surrounded by neighbors who know when you checked in and how long your garbage has been set out. The management company is greatish, but you get this confusion in communication that may make your stay frustrating. While they imply electronic communication is preferred they don’t respond to text and respond very slowly to email. Just call them directly. The customer service staff is great in person, and to be blunt some of the best I’ve dealt with. I wish they played up to that strength, instead of pushing the automated response. Some tricks for this property that will make your stay easier. Look for extra towels they are there. They are two dryers. We could never get the one in the house to heat, but the one in the garage works great. The green container goes out on Thursday night for a Friday pickup, even if a random person shows up on Wednesday and puts it out for you (making three people stop while walking their dogs and tell you Thursdays are blue day). In summary this place is amazing, it just has a peculiar learning curve.
