Your downtown bayside escape awaits at this cozy, top-floor 1-bedroom condo — the perfect choice for small families or couples looking for walkable access to Ocean City’s Boardwalk, beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Located on the third floor (stairs only), this retreat offers comfort, simplicity, and convenience all in one.



Inside, the open living area includes a Smart Roku TV, ceiling fan, futon, and easy access to the full kitchen. Prepare meals at home with essentials like a stovetop and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Dine comfortably at the table for six, then unwind in the evening with your favorite streaming apps.



The bedroom includes a queen bed and bunk bed setup as noted by the previous property description.

However, your notes indicate the room may contain a double bed + two single bunks + a spare cot.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
