Wonderful stay

Property was in a fantastic location!! Property owner made the check in / out extremely easy and was super nice!! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!! Highly recommend staying here.

Just off the boardwalk easy access cute beach condo

Condo was perfect for our small family, there was a living room with seating, a full kitchen with seating, a full bathroom, two bedrooms (queen bed in one room and a twin bed and twin bunks in the second), front porch and back porch area with seating, on street parking or a weekly lot parking available. Communication was great, owner was on site if we needed anything, we did not have any issues during our stay. If you are tall, over 6’ there are a few areas of the home you need to be aware of ceiling fans. You do need to provide your own bedding, towels, soaps/toiletries, this was fine for us as we drove, if flying into the area this could be an inconvenience. Great stay, great location midway on the boardwalk, lots of great places to get to and the beach within a couple block walk. Would definitely recommended and would rent from this owner again.

Great location

We had a great time. Short walk with boardwalk and beach. Close to everything. Kitchen well equipped, but we brought everything. No pillows. Maybe I missed that in the description. Need to bring all home conveniences - dish soap, hand towels, hand soap, dish towels, paper towels, etc. would stay again.

Fantastic location!

Property is simple, and in a fantastic location. A short block and a half to the boardwalk/beach, close to the pier end of ocean city. So convenient that we parked our car when we arrived and didn't move it until we checked out. Owner lives in one of the units and is easily reachable, we didn't have any issues but are sure they would have been easy to resolve with Jonathan. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Jonathan could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The nicest guy and lives on the premise so is always there to help with anything. The house was clean and quiet. Very close to the beach (just a short walk) and close to all the boardwalk fun and food the kids love. Only a 15 minute drive to Assateague Park/ Beach. We stayed for a holiday weekend and thought finding parking on the street near the house would be an issue, but luckily we always found a close spot!

a bit of a dissapointment.

Booked because of location and need of laundry. Issue with washer and dryer notified about 2 weeks before arrival.There was a laundromat about 2 blocks away but no monetary comp for inconvenience. Also paid separate for parking ( for the week) really only needed thru weekend. Ocean City is pricey enough. Maybe 25+ years of coming here is enough.

Great location

Was the perfect location, close to everything and anything you could need or want. Johnathan was polite and helpful when needed, and always close by if you would ever need him quickly. Apartment style, clean inside, and nice setting.

Perfect location and in the center of the boardwalk strip. A few things to note that may be pros or cons for your family *Manager lives on-site. Super helpful and he was very responsive *Grill is a charcoal grill. Not specified in listing. *Rooms have adequate space for a beach property *Carpet and furniture are likely 10+ years. *Not allowed to use back deck *Upper unit ceilings are low. Under 7' *Adequate street parking out front Overall a good place in a great location

Family Friendly

I truly enjoyed my stay here. It is very family friendly and comfy. We all enjoyed making home cooked meals and it is very close to the boardwalk and beach. Jonathan is very kind and understanding. I will definitely return next year.

Totally Awesome

The apartment was cleaned and sanitized which I really appreciated. This was a quaint 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for our needs and just two blocks from the beach!

Ocean City July 4th vacation

The unit is very clean and the landlord is extremely helpful and always available. The unit is an older building so somethings are not as up to date as in newer buildings but overall we were quite comfortable.
