Great quiet location in center of town with restaurants shops within 2km, the space is huge anyone can find their own comfort space. The property/kitchen is very well equipped you’ll be surprised. We love the place, the host is generous, we recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area

Excellent apartment

The photo cannot justify how spacious this apartment is. It has everything you need. Right in the middle of town centre with shopping only minutes away. The only downside are the stairs that goes up to the apartment, might not be too suitable with very old people.

Spacious, comfortable accommodation

Overall very good. Lots of space, good layout. All the necessities were there. Hosts were easy to communicate with and responsive. The bedroom with an ensuite was quite warm (we stayed in early January, so hot weather), as not much air con got in there. But it had a ceiling fan. Just an FYI - limit of 7 guests, and only 1 single bed, which I didn't think was super obvious from the listing.

Generally good. Great location. Great space. But showers crappy, some light bulbs blown, and some aspects of cleanliness need to be improved. Fridge in particular. Also no info re rubbish beforehand - only on last day instructions were we told how to deal with rubbish. We try to deal with rubbish as we go, so caused some consternation.

Leone, apologies that you felt this way, the electrician checks the lights monthly and I will pass on the comments to tne cleaner. Just to briefly explain, the showers are designed for water efficiency do to Dubbos water allocations, the bin located at the front of the property and is accessible to all and the fridge is used as a communal space to minimize on wastage and pay it forward where possible. I really hope you are able to come stay again so we are able to improve your review.

We are a family of 5 travelling through Dubbo (mainly to do the zoo). The accommodation was as listed but also surprised on the upside - 3 bedrooms (all nice and spacious), large well-appointed kitchen and meals area, and two spacious family areas. A great balcony. One bathroom, and an ensuite to one of the bedrooms.Entry up one flight of stairs. Heating/cooling was simple. Nice and quiet and very secure.All creature comforts available. We cooked in one night and had everything we needed. Walked to restaurants another night. The apartment was a 5 minute stroll to everything in the CBD.Everything was super clean, and there was a lovely welcome pack waiting for us which was greatly appreciated.A great experience, well recommend - our kids say ‘it was fire, you should stay there’!

Good property to stay

The apartment was neat and clean, with large bedrooms and plenty of seating for 6–7 people. The kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils for cooking and dining.Being located in the CBD, everything was either within walking distance or just a short 2–3 minute drive away, which was super convenient.The only issue we faced was with the TV and internet.We never received any Wi-Fi details, and the available Wi-Fi network appeared unsecured. It wasn’t a major problem for us since we had good mobile data.The TV also didn’t have apps like Netflix or Prime Video, which was a bit disappointing — especially during holidays when it’s nice to have entertainment options for both kids and adults.Overall, we had a comfortable stay!

the owner forgot sent us the pin to access the door, and it’s hard for us to contact her at Saturday, and we were waiting outside of the door for more than half hour at 7:00pm with my two kids. And they put a membership card of the zoo In the apartment,but when we use it at the entrance of the gate and be noted the membership was experienced for one month. And we have to take my two kids to go outside to buy one more ticket for my husband. But the property is good. Next time we will stay here again.

There was no soap in either bathroom, no power points or air ventilation in bathrooms, toilet seat in ensuite did not fit. Milk in fridge was expired by two months The stairs on the entrance were covered in leaves and dust. There was one tea bag, I personally think asking to strip beds was a stretch Parking was difficult.

Good space in Dubbo!

This is an apartment with plenty of room for a larger group and offered a good location from which to explore and to chill with some friends. While the majority of the space was clean and provided what we needed, it was evident the cleaners don't move the lounges etc. to clean underneath. Also that they don't clean the dishwasher filter and check the plates are clean before putting away. We spent a good part of an hour washing up the dishes and cutlery we would use and cleaning the filter. The beds are comfy and rooms spacious and the living area is huge. The apartment needs a little maintenance before I would use the term luxe but it has great potential. We are grateful that we were not charged extra for a key that needed to be sent back it was unpleasant to be threatened with extra charges for an honest and explained mistake. If you are staying on a Monday morning be ready to be woken at 6am by the nearby aerobics class. A great space with great potential just needs a little more work.
