Those quarantining for Qld Health COVID regulations do NOT have access to the bbq and pool area. You are restricted to your verandah and fenced front garden area.

We are situated in a koala corridor with many birds and wildlife. Wallabys are a short bush walk away. Please note there is a cat on the premises but she is contained and cannot get to the wildlife. There is a pool and bbq area in the beautiful backyard that is functional with comfy lounging area, dining area and cooking area. Please note this space is shared with one other Unit and therefore is NOT available to those quarantining.

There are many bush walks in the local area for you to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of our region. Also close by are national parks, Koala Sanctuary (hospital) and coast lines.
Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15 mins to Cleveland with ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins to CBD. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane).
