Zona residencial, barrio tranquilo, seguro y agradable. Nuestro lugar se encuentra en las áreas de parques temáticos de Orlando, una amplia variedad de restaurantes, tiendas y una milla al distrito turístico de US 192. 10 millas al reino animal, 13 millas al reino mágico, 22 millas a Universal, 18 millas a SeaWorld, el tiempo depende del tráfico, cuanto antes, mejor. El lugar ha sido renovado recientemente y le brindará la privacidad, la comodidad que busca durante su visita y su propio apartamento privado por un bajo precio. Nuestro lugar es un estudio en la parte delantera de la casa, vivimos en la parte posterior de la casa, usan la entrada delantera, nosotros usamos la entrada trasera. El apartamento es privado para usted y su familia.
El estudio tiene un dormitorio privado con 2 camas dobles confortables. Sofá cama en la sala de estar, baño privado con una cocina completamente equipada COCINA NO GRANDE.El control de temperatura esta en nuestro lado que puedo controlar con mi celular a su pedido y un aparcamiento a lado izquierdo cerca de la puerta nosotros parqueamos a lado derecho NO ofrecemos lavanderia a los huespedes

My husband, daughter and I stayed here for a short trip to Disney. The home was exactly as described, and a good fit and excellent price. Would recommend!

Not what was expected :(

I want to start off by saying that the host was very nice via messaging and did communicate very well. I’m giving this location 3 stars and not 2 because I should have read the final two sentences in the description a bit better before booking. First off this listing is not titled correctly in my opinion. It is listed as an Apartment and not a ‘Shared Home.’ The owners have converted the front of their home into a one bedroom, one bath and a small kitchenette area. 1. First Impression: When we walked in on day one we were hit with an overwhelming smell of Indian food(?) I’m guessing. We had to turn all fans to high and keep the front door open to air out the small place for an hour or so. The space is furnished with very old and outdated furniture that seemed to have never been dusted. Some of the furniture that was in the ad photos is not what we found when entering the establishment. 2. The Bedroom: PLUS SIDE: it did have two comfortable beds. Accompanied by a nightstand with a lamp. A small dresser that housed a TV. but all covered in a layer of dust. 3. The Bathroom: small but that’s no big deal. There was a small stall shower with a very clogged shower head that I eventually cleaned myself. A very old and very unstable white shelf behind the toilet where the towels were housed. The towels we clean but old. They needed to be replaced. Since this was a Shared House and we were a group of 5 and they at least had 2 living on their side..... there were SEVEN of us using the HOT WATER... needless to say... we had NONE. I did not take a hot shower the entire time we were there. :( 4. The Kitchenette: In theory this is a great idea if everything worked. The refrigerator/freezer was dirty. The toaster over did not work. The coffee pot was filthy (I went to Walmart and bought my own). But the microwave worked. There was no storage area to keep the food items we brought but there was a wine rack that would hold about 30 bottles of wine... (?) 5. The AC: We had absolutely NO control over the AC. I had to message our host every time we needed the air turned down. But in the mornings when they left for work I guess they turned it up or off because it sure got warm on our side. In the end the night we got in we felt the need to go to Walmart and purchase our own cleaning products, Febreze plugins, Febreze spray and coffee maker. This house has so much potential but it needs work and the owners need to be way MORE clear about this being a Shared Space.

QUEDAMOS TODOS MUY CONTENTOS CON LA ESTADIA, ENRIQUETA Y SU ESPOSO EXCELENTES ANFITRIONES, SIEMPRE ESTUVIERON DISPUESTOS A SOLUCIONAR EN FORMA RAPIDA NUESTRAS INQUIETUDES. EL SECTOR MUY TRANQUILO, MUY CERCA CONSIGUES TODO LO QUE NECESITAS. UN POCO LEJOS DEL AEROPUERTO, PERO SIN DUDA LO RECOMIENDO Y REGRESARIA NUEVAMENTE, MUCHAS GRACIAS ENRIQUETA POR TODO. Exactly as described!

This property was a perfect fit for our needs. What you see in the listing is exactly what you get. It was much cleaner, nicer, and more spacious than anything else you'll find in this price range! Time to Disney parks ranged from 22-30 minutes depending on traffic. Would book again!

It was a quiet place, near from the parc and less expensive than other. We can prepare lunch and supper. We enjoyed our family's trip here.

Great stay

Enriqueta, was so welcoming and nice. I really appreciate her greeting me when I got there. The home is cozy and the neighborhood is very nice. Close to all the attractions around town.

Very nice place and hosts

We really loved this very nice and well located space. Even though we arrived very late and the house had a self-check-in system, Enriqueta was waiting to greet us and advise us on the accommodation.

Cozy studio apartment attached to a house, nice privacy and amenities.

Safe neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive (i.e. groceries, souvenir shops, laundromat, 24-hour Wal-Mart, Starbucks drive-thru, and too many restaurants to name!) Apartment had all the amenities we needed for our family. The kitchenette was handy for storing and warming up food for our 1 year old and picky 7 year old and it was nice to have an open living room with plenty of seating to relax and watch tv after running around theme parks. Our daughter's playpen fit fine in the bedroom and it was handy to be able to close the door between the bedroom and living room so that we could watch tv while she was napping. Enrequieta stayed in contact by text and was very welcoming and easy to reach when we needed anything. The only downside we had was the Orlando traffic, but we were there during a busy time (Christmas break) and that would likely be the same with any other rental if you aren't staying at a theme park resort. Overall we would recommend this apartment to other families!

Perfect stay!

Wonderful place to stay! Less than 10 miles from Disney and there's an Walmart and restaurant options just minutes away. Enriqueta responded to messages quickly and welcomed me upon my arrival. As others mentioned this is a separate living space connected to the main home but after being greeted, I had the living area to myself. There's a dorm fridge, hotplate and sink, the pictures reprsent exactly what you'll see upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and I would definitely stay again if in the Orlando area.

Perfect vacation apartment

This was the perfect apartment for my friend and my quick Florida trip. We really weren't in the apartment much, since we were usually out going to the parks, beach, or other activities close by. But the neighborhood was super quiet, and it was really easy to find and get into, even when we arrived really late at night. The hostess, Enriqueta was very welcoming and so nice to get us settled and even came by before we left to thank us for staying with her. Our only complaint was that there weren't towels in the kitchen, but that really wasn't a big issue since we didn't use the kitchen very much. Overall a great place to stay if you're visiting Florida!!

A nice cute and comfortable place

This house was perfect for us and our trip to Disney. Had enough beds for each of us to sleep separate. The house was in a great location for everything stores shops and more. Also the Enriqueta and family was so sweet. It was a great choice to pick thank you.

Perfect for my daughter and me!

This place had everything my daughter and I needed for our stay in the Orlando area. We were there for four days of volleyball and traveled back and forth to the Orange County Convention Center. We bought food at Publix and were able to eat mainly from home. This place had a dorm size fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee pot, and a hot plate. Pots, pans, and tableware were also provided. One night I was able to make spaghetti. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure! There was enough closet space and drawers to remove everything from our luggage and there were 2 queen size beds. Enriqueta and her husband welcomed us when we arrived and were very pleasant and accommodating. They live in the back part of the house and have divided the front part into the mini-apartment. The neighbor hood is very quiet and at no time did we feel unsafe. Enriqueta text me periodically to see if we needed anything and to inquire about our stay. Since we were there for volleyball, we didn't get a chance to visit any Disney attractions (other than Disney Springs), but I will definitely go back and stay there again since Disney World was only about 10 miles away! All in all, a very pleasant experience!

Great experience

Inviting admosphere. The place was clean and cozy. Enriqueta and her family were nice and helpful. The apartment was great for our little family of 3. The kitchen was good for small meals like breakfast, not really a full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. In close proximity to Disney parks and easy access to stores and restaurants.
