True to its name, the rental was incredibly clean and provided a very quiet, peaceful stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for a great night's rest. Everything was exactly as described in the listing—I had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and spotless place!"

I had an Excellent stay! The hosts are welcoming and maintain a private sparkling clean pool and patio seating to relax, where I caught a late afternoon siesta, as well as a sunset cocktail. The unit is beautiful; modern and spotlessly clean. The bed was cozy and inviting. Plenty of drawers/storage for my things. A cafe table with stools, rolls and I sat it in front of the window with a lovely view of the pool, garden and birds to watch and listen to, over morning coffee (supplied). It doubled as a desk. Hadassa is sweet and she her husband were friendly, promptly responded to my every request and generously offered suggestions for stores, food, directions when I asked. And then gave me my privacy. I will definitely book again on my next trip to Miami!

I contacted the host several time for check in and there was no response. I showed up to the property and still had issues with them responding. Finally after several attempts they did meet me there. Nights were very noisy while I was trying to sleep. Property was clean and well kept.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that the check-in instructions are clearly detailed in the listing and are also sent prior to arrival. We did receive two calls at the beginning, and as soon as we saw them, we responded and assisted promptly. The property has a self-check-in system specifically to make arrivals simple and convenient. Regarding noise, this is a private room inside a family home, as stated in the description. While we maintain a respectful and calm environment, occasional normal household sounds may be heard. However, we do feel that the level of difficulty described does not accurately reflect the overall experience. We are glad you found the property clean and well kept, as we take great pride in maintaining high standards.

Check-in information was not provided in advance. I had to call the host to get the information. Host's knowledge of English is very limited. There was no information in the room about WiFi. I had to request the information.

The host was kind and left a few bottles of water and snacks, the room was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. The water was piping hot when we wanted it to be and the bed was pretty comfortable. This is a wonderful place for a single person to stay if you just need a place to sleep. The room is not really set up for casually hanging out. The tv is too small for the distance it is from the bed. The water pressure leaves a little to be desired and the interior wall is shared with the hosts kitchen so if you are a light sleeper you will hear everything that appears to be going on in their kitchen/living room. Dishes being dropped in the sink, people talking. All and all a solid place to stay.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for highlighting the cleanliness, comfort, hot water, and that the space looks exactly like the photos. We truly appreciate that. Regarding the points you mentioned: this is a private room designed mainly for resting and sleeping, which is also reflected in the listing. The TV size and setup are a personal preference, but we’ll definitely keep it in mind for future improvements. As for water pressure, we consistently maintain the plumbing and will double-check it again. About the sound: the room does share an interior wall with the main home, and while we do our best to keep a calm, respectful environment, normal household sounds can sometimes be heard. That said, we do feel the level of noise described may be a bit overstated compared to the experience most guests report. Thank you again for staying with us.
