Everything was great here! Julian and Maria were great hosts with answers and recommendations for dining plus they were quick to respond to any needs that would come up. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the area. Very peaceful neighborhood.

Pros-Friendly hosts, clean apartment, safe neighborhood, comfy bed and great shower. Cons-it is attached to the main house where the homeowners run a daycare during the day and like to play music loudly at night. If you want a nice place as your home base to experience South Florida then this is a great choice, if you want to relax and sleep in maybe not.

Very much so! I felt safe and the location was near my son's home. I am a grandmother and periodically visit to help with grandkids. It served as my home away from home. It was clean, quiet and perfect for me!

I was disappointed to find that the front room was advertised as a second bedroom when in reality it served as the dining area/tv room/bedroom. Also having to check in with the host in order to adjust the thermostat was more than I was willing to do so I just made the best of the situation. The noise and the smells from the main house were evident although not unbearable

There are two rooms available for sleeping; one of them features a television and a sofa bed. We did not lie; rather, you failed to carefully review what you were renting, and you created false expectations that do not align with a 3-star rating. Great place for solo traveler

I was traveling alone and felt very safe at Julian’s place. It was clean and neat with the ideal amenities for someone passing through. I appreciated the ceiling fans with remotes for different settings.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

Well located, nice for a couple

We went for our grandson bday. It is convenient located, you have restaurants and Malls nearby and also mot so far from.the highway. It is located in a nice quite neighborhood. The hosts are very nice, kind and they answer very fast. Is my third stay and we will continue staying there every time we go to Miami.

Excellent locarion

Well located apartment

It is very well located, minutes from good restaurants, mall, not so far from the highway and a quiet and nice neighborhood. Very well kept and clean. We definitely would go back.

Quaint at a great location

The property was clean and in a great location. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We were able to get to everything within 15-20 minutes. I had tk change dates due to flight issues and hosts were easy to contact and willing to help adjust. I would definitely stay again.

Miami area vacation

This apartment was a nice clean unit in a good neighborhood with great hosts. It is not a 2 bedroom like advertised though. It is a 1 bedroom with a futon in the living room area. If you understand this is a one bedroom and that is what you need this is the perfect place to stay.

"Technicaĺly" two bedrooms

This might be good for a couple with one or two small children, but it is not suitable for three or more adults. There's a small folding table to eat on but that's about it. We were three adults (my wife & me plus my 88 y/o dad), so we were quite cramped. Fortunately we are a close family!Otherwise, the place was clean, the hosts were responsive, and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

It's a shame you felt cramped in both rooms. Perhaps they didn't use the sofa bed in the first room properly, as it converts into a comfortable double bed, and we have a super-soft mattress stored in the closet for restful sleep, along with sheets and pillows of various sizes. We find the 3 stars a bit unfair. In any case, we remain at your disposal if you wish to return.
