Welcome to Sassy Bear Hideaway by Beyond Expectations! This beautifully appointed cabin opens into a warm and welcoming living space with plush seating, electric fireplace, and a smart TV—ideal for evenings after mountain adventures. The cabin offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom and a bunk area with 2 full beds, allowing space for 10 guests comfortably.

We provide 24-hour access to enter the home using an electronic door code with contactless check-in.

Please Note: Access roads in the area can occasionally have rough or washed sections, particularly following heavy rain. Please use caution while driving.

Before You Arrive

We want your arrival to be as easy and seamless as possible. After booking, you’ll receive a short Rental Agreement from our local management team to review and sign electronically before your stay. This quick step helps us make sure everything is in place for your arrival while protecting you, the home, and the homeowners who make your stay possible.



* Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.

* Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

* We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
