A thoughtfully designed 2333 sq. ft. home awaits, boasting 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The ground floor offers easy access to both stairs and an elevator, perfect for carrying groceries and luggage. On the first floor is a bedroom, a four-bed bunkroom, and a luxurious primary suite. The primary bedroom features a walk-in closet and a gorgeous bathroom with tile, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. Also, the balcony boasts stunning panoramic views of St. George Island and a private pool (heated and cooled).
Upstairs you’ll find a combined kitchen and living area. High-end finishes, quartz countertops, and a large island ideal for entertaining are featured in this spacious, bright, and open area. This stunning kitchen includes a coffee bar, enhancing your beverage preparation. Combining convenience and calm, this St. George Island house is ideally in a central, golf-cart friendly area.
BEDDING: 3 King, 2 Full (full beds can sleep two kids comfortably), 2 Twin Bunks
AMENITIES: WIFI streaming services only (guests can log into their own APPS), Washer and Dryer, Private Pool (Can be heated for an additional fee of $375 per week or cooled for an additional $150 per week in July or August)
DOGS: Up to 3 well-behaved dogs allowed for an additional fee.
