The Space:

Come enjoy our property located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in a stunning oceanfront resort - you will enjoy the view from your balcony PLUS being in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach.



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A RING DOORBELL.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Living Area: Sleeper sofa. Access to balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom: King bed.



Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.



Balcony: Private balcony with an ocean views. Seating!



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, ON-SITE HOUSEKEEPING OR MAINTENANCE.

The unit is situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.



Getting Around:

1 parking pass are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A RING DOORBELL.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens on the 2nd Monday of every month at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service.



RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, ON-SITE HOUSEKEEPING OR MAINTENANCE.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
