Awesome house!!! We were a group of 8 and had a very comfortable stay. Nicely decorated, excellent amenities, very well stocked, outstanding location and great communication with our host. This is a must rent VRBO if you are coming to Charleston. If we return in the future we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ted and Erin for sharing your lovely home!!!

We rented this house for a long weekend for a working retreat/mastermind. It was wonderful that everyone had their own room and a king bed and bathroom. The location is incredible too! So easy to walk to get coffee or a drink, super close to King Street and the main downtown area and really easy to get around. Very convenient to have the parking in the back as well! This was such a great spot for us and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had the best stay at this beautiful Charleston home for my bachelorette weekend! The location was amazing and within walking distance of everything, which made getting around so easy. The house was super clean, adorable, and full of charm, especially all the gorgeous chandeliers! One of our favorite features was that every bedroom had its own bathroom, which was perfect for a group of girls. Ted was an amazing host—so friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special weekend, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Charleston!

The house is absolutely beautiful. It was fully renovated and the owners thought of every detail. We are a group of 12 friends that get together every year for a girls trip. Communication was great from the start. When we arrived, Ted had snacks and water stocked in the kitchen for our arrival. The beds and linens were so comfortable and high end. Robes in every bedroom. I felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. It was a perfect house for a group of our size, plenty of space to relax and catch up. Location is great due to proximity to King St, and plenty of parking for 3 SUV’s. If we come back to Charleston, this is the only place we will stay. Thank you Ted for your wonderful hospitality.
