We wanted to get out of town for Christmas this year and snowboarding is definitely our thing. We chose Park City based off suggestions from friends and families. The location of the condo was really very good. Extremely close to everything. We had a rental car but honestly I could have gotten away without one. The slopes we're about 5 minutes from the house depending on traffic. Main Street was about the same. Condo was very clean, had everything you need for a nice stay. Beds were very comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again!
Our recent stay at Powder Paradise was an incredible experience. The condo was fantastic, with beautiful furnishings and all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. We were particularly pleased with how close we were to so many ski mountains - it was incredibly convenient to be able to ski each day without having to travel too far.
What really stood out to us was the level of attentiveness and responsiveness that Sue provided. She was always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. It was clear that she wanted us to have the best stay possible.
I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Park City. The condo was top-notch and Sue’s service was exceptional.

Just a few words of caution
We stayed at this for a family Christmas trip and the city was perfect the home itself was pretty great too. It was clean, had lots of space, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had most things you would need. Beds were comfy and warm. There were two big problems. Firstly, we never received any check in information until we called a few times, and talked to Brian, an owner, to request that info. It was a little concerning as we were almost to the property. I was a little worried about the communication issue. During the stay we had a few questions and Sue, one of the owners, was pretty quick to reply. However, after the stay, my wife left some coats in the closet and trying to coordinate to get them back was extremely and unnecessarily difficult. Brian was rude, and ignored messages until I reached out to VRBO customer service and they had to intervene. But even after that he continued to be difficult, I had a relative show up as the cleaners were there after the subsequent guests stay to retrieve them on our own. Very disappointing and unprofessional to have an owner act like that. Secondly, this property is a pet of an HOA!!! If you have ever lived in an HOA you know why that is a problem. The most prevalent problem was parking. While we were there we saw at least 6 cars towed, and we were unable to park close to our unit because of their restrictions. If this a property you choose, I think you will enjoy it… IF you only talk to Sue and be willing to endure the HOA
