Everything I expected parking is a little bad unless you park at the parking lot , but the area is beautiful reminde me of New York area of soho

We had three issues that significantly impacted the trip, but some if not all could be fixed for other stays. Check-in would have been pretty smooth of the elevator wasn't broken, but that was an issue for our whole stay. We ended up having to carry luggage for 8 people up five flights of steep fire-escape stairs to access the unit. The unit was clean and looked as pictured, but the water pressure was so low the shower was unusable and they had two large AC units which effectively cooled the main living space and master bedroom. But the other three bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. Two of those rooms had ceiling fans which helped enough to allow our kids to sleep in them, but the third was too hot to even manage. Positive side is the location is so close to everything old city, we were able to walk everywhere. Parking is tricky but there are multiple lots within .5 miles you can use. And communication throughout the stay with property manager was very responsive, just unable to fix the elevator and water pressure in the time we were there

We were very disappointed with this property. After checking in, we encountered several significant issues that affected our stay.The elevator was out of service requiring us to carry our luggage up five flights of stairs. We were never made aware of the non working elevator and had to reach out to the management company about alternative means to enter the building. Access to the property was limited to a five flight ascent via a fire escape stairway. The stairway is dark, steep and several of the railings were broken.Once we arrived, the condo was 87 degrees. There are two window/floor based air conditioning units - one in the living room and one located in a master bedroom. During our one night stay (we originally planned 3) we were never able to cool the condo to below 80 degrees. Some of the bedrooms were so warm, our children slept in the living room. The unit also had water pressure issues during our stay. We were not able to use the shower because of lack of water pressure and the kitchen faucet was nothing more than a steady drip. We reported these issues promptly while we were there. Because of the combination of problems, we checked out after our first night and found other lodging. We have stayed at many wonderful VRBO properties. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.
