The Space:

Our apartment, located in the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta, is designed to offer you a comfortable and relaxing experience from the very first moment.



Equipped with essential amenities such as beach towels, linens, appliances, and basic kitchen utensils, you'll find everything you need to enjoy your stay without worries.



Every space has been carefully prepared with spotless cleanliness before your arrival, so you can feel right at home. With a warm and bright atmosphere, the unit features wooden details, neutral tones, and a spectacular view, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation in a cozy setting.



Guest Access:

Check-in from 3:00 p.m.

Check-out by 11:00 a.m.



Apartment capacity



The maximum capacity includes both adults and children over 2 years old. It’s important to respect this limit to avoid any issues upon arrival at the condominium.



Parking available by request



Parking is not included by default in your reservation, but you can request a dedicated spot in advance.



This service has an additional cost of 200 MXN per night and must be booked prior to your arrival, as spaces are limited and subject to availability.



Important: As per condominium rules, vehicle access for visitors or companions is not allowed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are welcome for an additional nightly fee. We just ask that you let us know in advance, as not all of our units are equipped to accommodate your furry friend.



If you plan to have guests, please request permission beforehand. Keep in mind that, according to some condominium rules, not all units allow visitors, so it’s important to check before your stay.



Condominium amenities are not managed by Ratito, so any maintenance or usage rules are the responsibility of the building.



Puerto Vallarta is a growing city, so nearby construction may cause some daytime noise.



The cleaning fee covers only the cleaning before and after your stay. It does not include daily cleaning or linen and towel changes during your visit.



Being in a beach area, it’s common to encounter small insects or birds. We encourage you to respect the natural environment and avoid harming or disturbing the local flora and fauna. Let’s care for the ecosystem together!
