There is so much to love about this house, the yard, and the lake access. We relaxed, fished, took the paddleboards out, played corn hole (brought our own set), visited the nearby High Cliff State Park many times (including running on the trails that become x-country ski trails in the winter -- loved them!), and had a campfire. Unfortunately, swimming is not an option late in the summer when the blue-green algae is prevalent. We were a family of 10, with 2 little kids, so we were a bit cramped with the bed / sofa bed arrangements. I would recommend 4-5 adults and 2 kids tops (they will love the bunk bed!), if everyone wants to be able to close a door on their sleeping space and sit around 1 dinner table together. But overall, the amazing lake views (the SUNSETS omg), comforting touches like musical instruments and record players, and well-stocked kitchen made this a welcoming place.
