Located in Oshkosh, this house is a dream. Easy access to Hwy 41. Blocks from Fox River and Lake Winnebago. EAA is minutes away. Enjoy fishing on the Fox River or boating on Lake Winnebago. Nearby walking/bike path that goes for miles. Bring your bikes. Enjoy a short walk to the Paine Art Center. Door County is a popular destination. Take an early drive for the day and be back before sunset. If your a Green Bay Packer's fan, enjoy Lambeau Field 50 minutes away. Tour the museum, sports shop and outdoor activities it has to offer.
My house has 4 bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer for convenience. Heating and AC ensure a pleasant temperature year-round. WiFi is available for staying connected.
Owner recently retired with one small dog as companion.

Nice place that was a perfect size and location for us as we were in town for a wedding. The river walk is very beautiful and is a very short walk down the block. Definitely noticeable as soon as you walk in that a smoker does live there, but you get used to it once inside for awhile.

We spent an outstanding July 4th here. Very easy check-in and the home was immaculate! Everything was perfect! Excellent communication as well. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 10/10!

Nothing fancy older home so some areas smaller but very adequate, clean and well supplied. Could use hand rails on lower stair case and entrance staircase as steps a little steep. Loved the fact we could get in early and didn’t feel rushed to leave with the 4pm check out. Bedrooms very adequate and nice bath. It definitely fit our needs for a homey evening stay.

I recently retired from the Mortgage field after 30 years. I enjoy gardening, fishing and taking long walks. Oshkosh has been my home for the past 5 years. The people and the community take care of each other. Before moving to Oshkosh, I resided in Texas and Oklahoma. I was a government contractor stationed in Iraq from 2005-2007.

My house is in a nice neighborhood on a dead-end street. There's a park across my road with easy access to bike trails or walking trails. A few blocks down the road are a park with boat ramps, bathrooms and places to grill. Many piers to fish. Many restaurants, minutes away. I have a charcoal grill. Enjoy a fire in my fire pit.
