Everything was great. However I would warn people that the garage is very difficult for full size vehicles and impossible for a pickup truck

Location was conveniently close to many tourist sites and freeways. It was hot & humid so lobby door did not always close completely and it smelled from the vending machine. One bathroom was missing towel rods and the toilet was unseated so wobbled. Bare minimum supplies ie no salt & pepper. Apartment itself felt secure and host communicated well and was accommodating. With a little attention to detail it could be fabulous.

Property was very clean and in a great location for anything downtown. Host was easy to communicate with also. Definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay here again next year.

Check-in was a nightmare. With all the e-mails we received we overlooked the code to get the key for the room. However when we couldn't get in I sent message after message and received no response. I called Vrbo and they tried to contact the host for over 1.5 hours with no response. Finally we figured out that they had sent the check in information about the key in a completely different e-mail and we overlooked it. After we got in I sent them a message letting them know we got in and the response was immediate. It was our fault we overlooked the e-mail with the rest of the cbeck-in info. However we found it odd that as soon as I sent them a message saying we got in they responded right away.We couldn't find the pool balls anywhere. We couldn't find a broom to sweep. There was no drain plug in one of the bathrooms. The top of the refrigerator was filthy. There were what looked like pee stains on the toilet.The good: the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was great.Parking: my teenagers were afraid to walk through the parking garage. Where we parked there was a pile of beer cans and cigarette butts like someone was sitting there for a while. It was also very tight and hard to maneuver even with my little suzuki sx4. I watched several larger vehicles have trouble entering and exiting the garage as well.All in all we would recommend. Just be cautious of the parking garage and don't overlook any emails.

The loft turned out to be the perfect location to visit Playhouse Square. It was a very brief and easy walk from the apartment. We had on-site parking, which was very nice being downtown. There were several restaurants on the same street within walking distance.The loft itself was clean, very large and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The decor was cute and bright. The beds were comfortable, and there was a choice of pillows. I would definitely recommend if you’re visiting anywhere near Playhouse Square.

Clean apartment with comfortable beds. Excellent location. Walkable to multiple restaurants, bars, and the baseball stadium. We had a great time. The free parking in the basement was …. Interesting. Deetra was very accommodating.

The space was very unique! It was very clean and well laid out. Fun games to play right inside the unit. Tons of space with a very large living room to hang with friends. Both bedrooms had TVs with access to all of the streaming apps. Multiple bathrooms is a huge plus. Access and directions were clearly explained by the host. The parking provided is in a garage under the unit. Was able to park a full size truck but it was tight. Would recommend bringing a sedan or suv on this trip!
