The host did a great job communicating procedures for check in and out! I love how everything is labeled in the cabin! That made everything easier. We weren’t wondering which switch did what!The house was very clean and it was a great proximity to Pigeon Forge!

It was a clean and cozy cabin, however, we had no bath towels or toilet paper set up for us, so we had to go buy it, we were there for three days, however the host required us to send pictures and for him to check with the cleaning crews (which took a whole day) before he would offer to send someone out to get us toliet paper, we were unable to find the pool, when asked where and how to get access, he responded with “I will have to check with my local team” to which we never got a response after.
