This bright and welcoming 2540 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with 2 car garage features soaring ceilings, new LVT floors, plenty of natural light, and a very large screened porch with peaceful views of the heated Captiva pool. It has a large kitchen with laundry room, separate dining room and spacious living area with 75” TV and half bath in hallway. The two bedrooms downstairs have king beds and new walk-in showers in bathrooms, and 3rd bedroom upstairs is a large loft area, and has 2 queen beds, 2 walk-in closets, TV, dressing area, and renovated full bath, giving guests plenty of space and comfort.



Resort amenities include heated pools, a hot tub, sauna, fitness center, award winning tennis courts, and on- site dining at Blue Dunes Grill and The Ocean Club restaurant. Beyond the resort, Silver Sands Premium Outlets are less than two miles away with shops like Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, and Fossil. Grand Boulevard is under a mile from your door and offers restaurants, boutique shopping, a farmer’s market, and seasonal festivals.
