Family Trip

The Lee House was perfect for our large family. The house was clean, spacious, with plenty of beds. The Wife loved the open concept of the kitchen and long breakfast table. The kitchen had a large refrigerator and freezer, and there was a separate ice maker next to the wine fridge. The Lee House was in a private community only 5-8 min walk to the beach. House came with a golf cart which came in handy, you will definitely use it. Overall, completely satisfied. If you have a large family, this is your house.

Our family enjoyed The Lee House! We loved the open floor plan on main floor where we, as a family, could cook, play games and enjoy our grandchildren. The bedrooms were large and clean. The Diamond Gulf Rentals staff were excellent! They responded quickly to answer questions and made the entire process go smoothly.

Beautiful home, 3 minutes from the beach

The pictures do this home no justice! We had our children and grandchildren with us, 7 children, 3 in law, and 5 grandchildren and we had PLENTY of room! Property management checked in With me daily during our 3 night stay. Amazing home! Perfect for large groups!

Family trip

The Lee house was the perfect place for our extended family of 12. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Lots of places to walk to or to take the golf cart. We had the pool heated which was a good move as we used it a lot!! A wonderful family vacation!

We LOVED our stay!

We loved our stay at the Lee house. We had 3 families. It was perfect and everyone had their own space. The kids absolutely enjoyed the house. They loved riding the bikes and the golf cart came in handy! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Walking to the beach wasn't bad at all. We will definitely be back! The communication was superb. Every time I reached out, we got a response immediately.

Trini-American Family Reunion

The house was wonderful. Bikes, golf cart,(very) comfortable beds, big TVs, great bathrooms, fabulous gathering spaces on the first and second levels and the pool was just big enough. The ice maker in the kitchen was clutch- never bought ice. 😄 We will certainly be using Diamond Gulf Rentals again

Second floor ac does not cool well. Fridge was broken. A burner on the stove was broken. Overall house was a little dingy.

Perfect vacation!

Great house! Our family of 23 had a ball! House clean and beautiful. The pool was perfect for small children during the day and for adults to relax in after dark. The golf cart came in very handy for running about the area. Staff very responsive!! Would definitely rent again if going back to Destin.

Birthday Trip

We booked the house for my husband's 40th birthday. Overall, we were really pleased. The house was big and provided ample space for everyone. We also loved that all bedrooms had en suites allowing each family to have their own bathroom. There were areas of the home that could have been cleaner. For example, some bathrooms were a tad bit dirty and the primary suite on the 2nd floor had a large spider web in the top corner of the room. The cookware was also lacking considering the size of the home. There was ample amounts of utensils and dishes, but not enough cookware for a house that accommodates 28 people.

Fantastic Family Vacation

This was our second time renting a Diamond Gulf property and another wonderful experience. The Lee house was just what our family needed with space for everyone and accommodations that made sense for all ages - from the baby to the grandparents. Beach service was a little distance away, but straightforward with the golf cart. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill. The gated neighborhood was perfect for family bike rides and walks. The Diamond Gulf team was quick to help when we had a couple of things pop up during the trip. Great trip and we'd definitely come back!

My 60th Birthday Bash

I had 14 of my closest girlfriends meet me in Miramar Beach to celebrate my 60th birthday. We had a fabulous time! The Lee house was a perfect fit for all of us. The best part is they allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which worked out great. Walking into the Lee house took our breath away. It was so beautifully decorated and so spacious. The rooms were stunning and the amount of bathrooms was perfect. For the amount of people that we had, we never felt like we were on top of each other. The stairs were a little daunting, but by the end of our trip, we were in shape! LOL! We loved the openess of the kitchen and the supersize refrigerator! It was within walking distance to the beach, but the golf cart and the beach set up was a plus! However, we didn’t have the correct beach code to the gate, which was frustrating. But we asked other beachcombers and they gave us the correct code. The location of the Lee House was ideal as it was close to shopping, coffee houses, and a few restaurants. We had a fabulous stay and I couldn’t be happier with my selection. Thank you!!!

Surprise Trip

Booked this house as a surprise trip for my parents anniversary. The house was amazing, super clean, spacious, just perfect. Absolutely loved the karaoke set up and the speaker set up throughout the house. Golf cart came in handy to get to the beach. Beach was perfect. We will definitely be back. Pool smaller than expected, can't do laps at all.

Perfection!

This house is amazing! We had 5 families, 10 adults and 8 kids. It felt like the house was made just for us. Two rooms with bunk beds for the kids and 5 bedrooms for each couple, each with a king size bed. The pool was a little small but the kids loved it and we were always the only people at the community pool.
