House is in a good location. Perfect for our family get together. Lots of room for a group. We enjoyed our stay. Pool and game room were the big hits! Some things in the house are worn, wobbly kitchen stool and primary suite toilet. Host was great, quick to respond.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The outdoor area and pool were lovely—unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to enjoy them as much as we would have liked! The home was in a great location for our weekend in Frisco, and we really appreciated the owner’s hospitality. Thank you for having us!

Home was Beautiful, plenty of space, back yard was Amazing, pool was a great size. Pool was also heated so made it nice to swim in the evening once we were done running around all day. Host was amazing, checked in to make sure everything was going well. Area home was at, was great, quite prestine neighborhood. Would definitely come back again when back in area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. There was something for everyone in our large group. The private pool was a huge hit but second to the game room. We could've stayed in for days and feel entertained. A lot to do! It's also super close to restaurants and shops if you need anything outside. The bedrooms and living spaces were comfortable and stylish, and spacious enough for everyone to gather around. I especially loved the outdoor patio and backyard in the morning for some peace and quiet. The host was super responsive and friendly, he made sure we had everything we need for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this property. I think I found my go-to rental when in Frisco!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Frisco is sometimes called “Sports City USA.” It’s home to multiple professional sports-related venues and teams — a hub for soccer, golf, football, and more — which gives residents and visitors lots of chances to catch games, join events, or simply enjoy sporty-town energy.

Mix of green space + modern living + recreation. The city features a large network of parks, trails, and outdoor-friendly spaces, giving people plenty of room to bike, walk, hang out or play.

Shopping, dining, and entertainment variety. Whether you like upscale malls, local shops, big-name restaurants, or cozy local spots — Frisco tends to deliver.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property sits on a 1 Acre Lot which is very rare in suburban DFW metroplex.

With 5 bedrooms, its a sizable family sized home with plenty of room for large household or Groups.

It has a big in ground pool, large Backyard with endless potential and a Gameroom with wide screen TV, mini Bar and a Burnswick Pool table to have fun with friends
