Our Property Undergoes Rigorous Cleaning and Sanitization According to CDC Standards. Our Dedicated Team Conducts Pre-Stay Inspections to Ensure an Impeccable Experience for You Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure Propane tanks for the fire pit and grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests find it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane. The pet fee is $100 per pet, with a maximum of 3 pets allowed. Pets will need to be potty trained to avoid additional charges. The heated pool & Jacuzzi/Hot Tub is available for an additional $75 per night for the entire duration of your stay. This fee applies to all nights of the booking, regardless of the number of nights you plan to use the heating. Please also note that the pool temperature is influenced by outdoor weather conditions, which may impact the heating limit.
