This space is a bright, charming 2 bedroom flat on the top floor of a classic redbrick conversion just off the King's Road and less than 6 mins walk from Sloane Square Station and Peter Jones Department Store. The superb location of the flat makes it the perfect base to explore London and all it has to offer.

The property comprises reception room with space for dining, separate fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, master bedroom with en suite shower room, second double bedroom and family bathroom. The apartment offers wooden flooring throughout with a modern feel and is fully furnished. Set on the 4th floor (top floor) with lift access to the 3rd floor (3rd to 4th floor is accessible via stairs).

This is one of our smaller property's in the collection but the location is second to none. The property is appropriate for a couple or a small family of 4.

Lovely

This is a great flat in a great location. Easy access to the tube. All kinds of shopping nearby. Grocery and restaurants moments away. All while being in a quiet residential area.I would stay here again

Family Adventure

Location was perfect. The flat had everything we needed. The furniture in the living room could have been more comfortable. 70 yr olds have a tough time getting up from a bean bag chair. We would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your rental .

Excellent location

We love this property and it worked out perfect for a family of four. It’s in a great location right near duke of York Square and a tube stop. The place was very clean and very well-equipped. We had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions fully and quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Great location

This was a great location and the flat was very nice. Things were a little tight with four adults(two older daughters) and the living room furniture could have been a little more “adult” friendly. Overall the flat worked very well for our six day stay. I was having email issues while in the UK and the host was extremely helpful working thru the check-in process. Thank you!

Wonderful stay in Sloane Square

My husband and I and our son and daughter-in-law celebrated Christmas and our February 2024 50th and 5th wedding anniversaries in London. The apartment and location were perfect and convenient to the subway. Kirsty responded quickly to our questions; so much better than renting from an agency. The kitchen was well-equipped for our daily breakfasts. Other meals we enjoyed in the many London restaurants and pubs.

I spent 4 weeks at the flat. The neighborhood was excellent in every respect - nearby restaurants, proximity to Tube and museums, right by King’s Road but streets away so quiet, and great wine and cheese shops and bakeries, as well as several excellent places to shop for groceries. The host (Kirsty) was very responsive to queries and very helpful. I highly recommend the flat, especially for a longer stay when you can enjoy everything the neighborhood offers while not shooting off to tourist attractions.

Sloan Flat

The flat matched photos so we knew it was a small. We were disappointed in quality of mattresses and bedding. Mattresses were very worn out, pillows, and bedding low quality. The weather was beautiful and warmer than usual so it made the upstairs flat very warm. Requested another fan and was quick to receive it. Couch in living room was also worn out.and very uncomfortable. Location and owner were lovely tho.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

My daughter and I spent a wonderful month in this great flat. This upscale location is truly superb - quiet and we felt so safe. A short walk to both Sloane Square and South Kensington tubes. The Piccadilly line tube from High Street Kensington goes direct to Heathrow Airport. Bus 360 is literally across the road - it goes directly to several world famous museums, only 4-5 stops to the Royal Albert Hall, and who can resist a visit to Harrods? There are also buses from Sloane Square to the theatre district. The wifi in the flat was great. Kirsty was truly an exceptional hostess, with any enquiry attended to immediately. We highly recommend this rental, and we'd certainly be happy to stay there again.

Sloane Square Chelsea elegance.

Top floor of an Edwardian row mansion. Views of tops of Brompton Oratory and the V&A and London gables looking toward Kensington Gardens - like a set view for Peter Pan. Convenient to Peter Jones, Sloane Square underground, Eaton Square, Belgravia. Loved our visit. Would love to come back soon!

Heart of the city

Our week in London was exceptional, largely due to our stay in this ideal location. We found a great selection of restaurants and shopping just steps from this modern and well- appointed condo with nearby access to public transport. Our host was simply ideal! Kristy went way beyond our expectations in every way and always with prompt responses to any concerns.

Summer in London

We had a wonderful stay in Chelsea during an unusually warm week in London. Our stay at the flat was excellent and lived up to expectations. Everything was as described in the listing. The availability of an elevator in the building was much appreciated, especially during the warm weather. The location in Chelsea was perfect. Close proximity to the Sloane Square Tube Station was ideal. Still the street was pretty quiet in the evenings. This flat rental is highly recommended for two couples or a family with up to 4 people. Great property and location

The flat is very well located, close to the Sloan square tube, numerous stores and restaurants! Flat is very well maintained. Building has an elevator, but it only goes to 3rd floor and one must walk up stairs to 4th floor(easy climb). Kristy Wilson is wonderful to work with and very responsive.

Wonderful time in Chelsea

We had a great time at the flat. It was an ideal location for getting around London. We had 3 adults staying in the flat and we didn’t feel cramped. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was small, but had everything you could need to cook a meal. We forgot about the lift when we arrived, and dragged our stuff up the stairs (we were jet lagged and not thinking! Lol). But once we remembered about the lift, going up or down the last flight of stairs was not a big deal. Would definitely stay again. Kristy was attentive and responded to questions promptly, both while booking and once we checked in.

A perfect place to explore London

The flat is located in a lovely neighbourhood and you can enjoy London the minute you leave house. Lots of attractions and pretty Chelsea are within walking distance. The landlady is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Quiet clean well located apartment!!

This flat was perfect for 4 adults. Clean and bright with comfortable beds and sitting area. We slept with the window cracked open and there was very little noise as the bedrooms face a courtyard. The location is wonderful and easy to get on the tube and get anywhere quickly. The WiFi was fast. The elevator does not go all the way to the top floor and one needs to ascend a flight of stairs at the top. (This was easy but necessary to know.) The one en suite bath is tiny but complete. The second hallway bath is large and very clean and well appointed. The kitchen worked well and is well equipped for basic cooking. Would rent again if we come back to London in the future.
