Our Waterfront home is very LARGE - 6bd, 5.5ba and can sleep up to 16 guests. Our home sits right on the water, with a view of the Gulf from the viewing deck on the roof (4 floors up). With SEVERAL balconies, you can spot DOLPHINS & enjoy sunsets from throughout the house. There will never be a lack of activities with a large pool, HOT TUB, fire pit, private dock, boat lift, GAME ROOM, projector for movie night, and SO MUCH MORE. Families, snow birds, weekenders - this is the place to be!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. There is an elevator but we DO NOT ALLOW usage of it. Amenities are included in the stay.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is residential. It's quiet and very safe. You're super close to beaches, downtown, stores, etc.



Getting Around:

You can walk to the nearby park and pinellas trail. For the beach and downtown, it's a quick drive or uber.



Other Things to Note:

🐜 This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common.While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconvenience.



Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)
