Haleakala Shores #B-309 is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath, upstairs unit with a fully equipped kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Partial A/C, and Cable TV/DVD. It is right across the street from Kamaole Beach #3. With a King bed in the Master bedroom and two twins in the Guest bedroom that can be converted into a King bed as well. Haleakala Shores #B-309 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Haleakala Shores is a condominium complex located directly across from Kamaole Beach II and III. The Kamaole Beaches are world class beaches with lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and playground with picnic areas. It has a protected sandy beach which is great for beach walks, whale watching in the winter, magnificent sunsets, swimming, snorkeling, and sunning. Haleakala Shores has a nice pool area, gas barbeques and free parking.

The location was amazing and the kitchen was fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The unit was supposed to have a washer dryer, but it recently broke; however the host was willing to get our laundry professionally cleaned for us which was nice of them. I will say that the road in front of the unit was very busy and loud, so if you’re a light sleeper, I would recommend turning on the AC unit and maybe wearing earplugs. Also, if you leave the lights on in the evenings, bugs swarm to the area. Nothing harmful just annoying and fairly common I believe but if you don’t like bugs, be warned.

Plenty of room for a family of 6. It was nice to have usage of beach towels, cooler, boogie boards and sand buckets. The kitchen had a lot of dishes, pots and pans. We would stay here again.

Great location

You won’t find a better location to the beaches, restaurants and stores in South Kihei. Condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Pool and BBQ area was an added bonus.

Kehei fabulous

This was an ideal location for the best of Wailea and Kehei. The condo is a very short walk from the beach with gorgeous sunsets every night. The pool area is beautiful. This place fit all of family our needs. Mahalo!

The rental was just OK. It is an older building, so you can’t expect everything to look new. When we arrived, we found that there was no washer or dryer, as advertised. A message was sent & the reply said that a message was sent to me saying the washer/dryer was not available. Due to coming from out of country and having some phone reception issues, I’ll give the benefit of the doubt, but I couldn’t find this message anywhere. We were given the option to have someone pick up our laundry, clean it, and return the same day or next day. As someone with rentals, there is an expectation that something like this is either repaired or replaced right away. The rental was superficially clean, but could definitely use a deeper clean. Air conditioner in the secondary bedroom was very loud when the compressor would kick in, even while using earplugs. Difficult to get a decent sleep. Worst part was the amount of bugs throughout the property. They progressively got worse throughout the week we were there. The final night there were literally thousands of them all over our clothes, bathroom supplies, and any food that was on the cupboards or on top of the fridge. One of the most disgusting experiences I’ve had in a rental. We had to vacuum them all over every night, and eventually sprayed insecticide to the worst areas. We expected to deal with bugs given the moisture Maui has received, but no one else we talked to had a bug problem like us. Unable to recommend this property.

Wonderful place to call home during our stay

Great family unit

We stayed with our three kids (1,3,8). The walk to the beach was short and great distance for the littles to walk. This is our second time renting in Kihei and this unit was fantastic. The condo is way larger than expected and served us well for our week in paradise
