Brand New Unit!! Just Listed!! Welcome to the best of Maui Vista, #3422! This beautifully remodeled condo is ready for your next Maui getaway! This 2 bedroom 2 full bath, beach chic condo is located on the top floor with elevator access, and is also a corner unit, that allows extra windows to take advantage of the natural light. The condo offers lovely ocean views from its spacious lanai and living area and is well appointed and stocked for anything you may need on vacation.

The fully stocked and gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, imported cabinetry, all sure to satisfy the chef in you. The floor plan is open and inviting with its contemporary design, quintessential Maui at its best. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience!

The master bedroom is on the main level and is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom is in the loft upstairs and is equipped with 2 twin XL beds, The living space has a queen size sleeper sofa couch. This is a children-friendly unit, and is stocked with a Pack-N-Play Crib for your baby's comfort. We also offer beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a cooler for our guests, so you are beach ready at any time!

The Maui Vista Complex features lovely tropically landscaped grounds, 3 on-site swimming pools, one for each building as well as 6 free newly resurfaced championship tennis courts, and 3 sets gas grills for your use.

The Maui Vista Complex is located directly across the street from Charlie Young Beach voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Connected to Charlie Young Beach is the famous Kamaole Beaches #1 and #2 just a little further down, so you can enjoy miles of sandy beach. Walking, snorkeling, surfing, boogie boarding and stand-up paddle boarding are just a few of the many activities enjoyed on these beaches. Lifeguards, showers, picnic areas and restrooms are available at all three of the Kamaole Beaches.

When not at the beach, take advantage of the many restaurants, shops and activities that are also just steps away!

The unit is in the back (bldg 3), faces the last parking lot, and tennis courts. The bed linens (sheets) were very thin and scratchy. There were no extra blankets for beds for chilly nights. No extra bath towels (2 each) requiring washing and drying towels. Kitchen needs spatulas and a large non stick frying pan (only had 2 small pans). Close walking distance to shops and resturants and beach (that was positive). Unfortunately I would not return to Maui Vista.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was located in a great spot. Across the street was the beach and a few blocks down was the Maui South Garden Food trucks. Unfortunately, the place wasn't the cleanest when we arrived. The floors and dresser drawers were all covered with a red dust film. When I spoke to someone they explained that it is due to the winds. However, even the dresser drawers were dirty. I ended up buying products to clean the drawers before placing my clothes inside. I also mopped the floors as well. The stairs had nails that weren't flat to the floor so it hurt the kids feet when they walked up and down. The air condition in the bedroom worked very well. The bedroom upstairs utilizes the air condition in the living space, but it did get cool at night.The washer and dryer worked. The place came with all the necessary kitchen equipment. It was great they had beach chairs and beach towels. FYI, the bathroom downstairs hot water isn't as strong as upstairs bathroom. So if multiple people were to shower and want hot water, then use the upstairs one. The upstairs bathroom appeared to be a jacuzzi tub. The concern with the upstairs bathroom is that you have to step onto a small ledge before stepping onto the floor. The ledge can get slippery without an added floor towel. The bathroom shower in the upper floor can be dark once you pull the shower curtains closed. The downstairs bathroom was nicely renovated. Lots of closet space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a good location in central Kihei at the north end of Kamaole Beach 1. Property was a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach (we were in building 3 at the back of the property so took an additional 5 minutes). The unit was spacious enough to comfortably sleep 5-6 adults. Generally clean but downstairs bedroom had sand in the bedsheets when we arrived. Stairs could use some maintenance as nail heads were jutting up on some steps. Beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated but one umbrella was broken and couldn’t be used while the other was missing one of the spines in the umbrella top. Close to stores and restaurants. Overall good value for the price and would recommend as a centrally located place starting point to explore the area.

Perfect for our Family

Great location, had everything we needed. The unit was a good size for our family of 5. The a/c units worked well. Washer and dryer are showing their age, but this feature was wonderful to have. We enjoyed the location and unit.

First time in Maui

Great location. Condo was in walking distance to the beaches, food, and coffee. About 5 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. Really appreciate the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella that was provided. Would stay here again when we come back.

Wonderful stay with family!

This property is exactly as described and met all our needs as a family of four with two 9 year olds. It was very clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and we especially loved the beach items in the closet for our use. The AC worked well, everything functioned as it should within the unit and have nothing but great memories from this trip. And the beach across the street is perfect for younger kids and boogy boarding. Highly recommend!

Perfect space for our family! Loved that we had a corner unit with a loft which made things even better. We had all the amenities that we needed and there was great communication with the management team. The linens and bath towels could use a refresh and the unit would benefit from a deeper clean. All in all, it was great!

A very quick walk to the beach!

With just a quick walk across the street you are at a beach! The extras in this place like a cooler, beach chairs, snorkel gear, etc was really convenient. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and we enjpyed our stay. The only drawback was that the washer/dryer were a bit small and inefficient for a family of five, but we stayed here right in the middle of our vacation when we had the most laundry. This location was very convenient to drive around Maui and we had a great time here!

Great Location

Location was great. The Charley Young beach is a short walk from the condo with beautiful sunsets every night! We found great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping all within an easy walk.

Maui Getaway

Check-in was extremely easy! The property is lovely. The beds are large and comfy. The beach is very close by--literally across the street and it is absolutely beautiful. The second bed is upstairs so if you're travelling with someone older they should probably sleep downstairs. The property is clean but the air vents are pretty dusty and the filter light has been on the A/C unit since arrival. If it gets cleaned it might work better. We received a nice email reminding us about checking out and asking us if we can clean the sheets if we have time but that it's not required. We decided to wash them but the washer and dryer are quite outdated so it took forever. I would highly recommend a replacement. Besides that we loved our stay and would totally book again.

The location was fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach and minutes away from great shops, coffee, delicious cinnamon buns, a gym and restaurants! The condo was very quiet, clean, had beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, comfortable beds with great closet space and bathrooms! Beautiful lanai to sit, have a breakfast in the morning and a drink and watch the sunsets at night! The property also has tennis courts and a great BBQ area which we enjoyed! VIP property management were fantastic in responding quickly to all of our questions and brought us ice and coolers when the fridge/freezer acted up! They replaced the fridge with a new one within 2 days! We highly recommend this rental property and plan to stay here again!Overall, fabulous!
