Having lived and skied in Colorado my entire life, I was fortunate enough to ski at Beaver Creek the very first year it opened. I remember the base area distinctly: there was just a tennis bubble as a lodge, a mud parking lot, and a gravel road leading in. It was a rustic start, and cars always got extremely dirty.

Today, that history makes the transformation even more remarkable. Beaver Creek is now a World-Class Luxury ski area. We chose our home here because it is a premier destination, and we are excited to share this sophisticated mountain experience with our guests.

There are no other Borders Lodge condos and very few properties in all of Beaver Creek that offer this level of luxury, ensuring exceptional warmth and comfort year-round.

Size Matters: Our home is the 5th largest out of 79 condos at The Borders Lodge.

This extra square footage means all of our bedrooms are genuinely large, providing significantly more space and comfort compared to smaller 3-bedroom units.

3. Exceptional Natural Light and Views
Corner Unit: We are a desirable corner unit facing North and West.

The property boasts floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and abundant windows throughout, guaranteeing a flood of natural light.

The children's bedroom includes two large skylights to further enhance the bright, airy atmosphere.

Curated Artwork: We feature stunning photo artwork of the Colorado Mountains by the award-winning photographer Roger Clark.

Note for Guests: Due to the white carpeting in the bedrooms and on the stairs, we kindly ask that guests remove their shoes and boots and store them in the cabinet next to the front door to help us maintain its condition.
